Era needs better admins.
 

They really need more admins/better admins, this is silly. At Astros yesterday there was some kid that was making fun of my friends little brother and moms death, also his dads. The things he were saying were outraging. For ex, "I wanna strangle your little brother before he got hit by a car" and "your moms a hoe, thats why she died" We've done what you tell us what to do. Report them, or tell an admin. 4 people reported him and 2 people told admins, but guess what? They didn't respond till he left, and we were positive that he wasn't jailed because we clicked on his profile, he was just logged off. I have screenshots+he was also being racist. You guys really need more admins/better admins. I hardly know him, but imo this is horrible.

+When people say something racist, like ******, admins go ape **** no. Would you rather get called like ***** or something or have someone make fun of your passed away relatives? Exactly, we don't care about the racism, it'll go away. But with family, thats like bringing them back to life and then killing them again. Also, there's a 3/10 chance of getting jailed because of that. But if it's racism it boosts up to a 6/10 chance, also another note. I'm pretty sure we were losing faith in Era in the end of 2012, but now it's getting filled with more and more ******s, you can't go to Astro's peacefully without some thirsty hoe asking you out. This happened 4 times today, also Zoo Amy stated "Goblin's dead, I might kill myself", why the **** would you joke about that?

i dont even know why iera has Pr staff, all they do is host events. seriously, nothing else

Yeah I get made fun of because of my skin color a lot but I just do like Goblin and other African America Player just ingnore it :/.....also if any admin can contact me in graal I have pics of a guy being racist and cussing me out because I killed him.

Tbh, I swear, 85% of admins are useless. I mean honestly why the actual **** were some people hired? Hmm, Hearts, iT'sJake,Crissi, etc.. I mean Jeni's ok, she'll help me every once in a while. Way better then those other PR's I stated. Next we're gonna have some ******ed pothead 14 yr old that can hardly spell as PR. As fsh said, all admins dont do **** all they do is host events and auctions.

Oh and like everyone I meet in Era is either, A.420420420, B.******ed,C.Racist,D.Thinks they're a rapper, or E.Normal, but thats rare. Ihdgaf if I get called a ***** or something, even if you do ignore almost all of them will follow you and keep on going.

Omg, Redboy. He jailed my friend for talking back to some little racist, and my friend was getting jailed for racism, wtf. Redboy is meh, he does abuse though. He's not horrible like Jake. I honestly think we should fire like 35% of PR's..

To be admin, it's all about if you're popular. If you aren't you will NEVER be admin. No matter how well you know Era. I can name a lot of examples, Mizzy, Redboy, Hearts, Jake....

I see your point of view. I've had problems on both places where crap wasn't handled. Classic admins are always being recycled, more and more randoms. As for era, idek. I just don't like staff in general. The worst is friends becoming staff. I hate that the most. I remember when you had girls date admins and become admins on classic.

Im gonna describe iEra. GraalOnline Era was a wonderful place for children over 9+, no one argued not a lot of PR's, all guns were balanced. No racism or anything, then at the middle of 2012, the big bang happened. Suddenly, one gun is 100x more powere then the other gun, everyone's an ass wipe, racism wasn't a problem atm. Only harrassment and OP weapons, then the bigger bang came. Every single gun was getting nerfed, PBP, Bar, AK47, and more, racism was a popular thing, and the asses are 5x worse. This my Graalians is iEra so far.

Classic: Random trash being hired/fired everyday.
Era: Non-Helpful, Famous noobs.
Zone: Anybody gets hired.

I'm gonna have you know, i'm black too, but people don't know cause I wear an animal as my avatar. I don't deal with a lot of racism, but I see it. If admins can reduce scamming, they can reduce racism, how? But reading the reports. I understand they have a lot on their plate. But sometimes, peoples reports are more serious then some event. I even reported this one guy a few times for somehow getting my account and I had to go out my way to pm an admin about me being hacked or whatever. They said "Report it" and I did. They tell me to calm down, well then whats the point of a report button if yoh aren't going to pay attention to them? I also understand some of them may be stupid or about scamming, doesn't mean don't read them. We're better off having a friend come defend us.

Wow... Sorry for your friend losses. That guy is a hurtful little ****er that deserves to rot. And admins, seriously do your job as a PR right. Your job is not just to host events and auctions only, but to help the players. Shameful.

They are pretty much the immature percentage of Graal, but feels good the're kept in a server.

The staff doesnt do anything. Ive reported about 5-6 people for innapropriate language/status in the past 2-3 days and nothing happened for any of those cases. So i guess its fine to have racist comments and vulgar language in your status because the Player relations dont seem to mind.

solution: hire real, helping PRs

A few days ago I wore a head which was 'Black'. I wanted to see how much racism I would encounter. Everything was fine until some white guy asked me if I wanted some fried chicken and koolaid. I simply said "That sounds good where is it?" He started calling me very racist names. Soon after that I was overjoyed to see player back me up.

In the old days, admins seemed to be able to deal with this whereas now they just bury their heads in the sand.

Host events blah blah. They just want to build up their popular meter by doing what everyone likes. Pst, some may ask their "close" friends what they want them to do.

We should have PR's go 'stealth' in Start and just watch people for Vulgar Comments,Racism, etc...

i do also agree about ban times being longer, i mean honestly, if a kid gets banned for an hour, they think "O, its just an hour, I'll just do it again later"

I'm the hero era deserves but not the one it needs.

I think what should happen is the punishment get more severely.Alot of Admins say they get spammed by a lot people asking for stuff so for say if you spam a admin asking for a umbrella you get a warning.Everyone gets 10 warnings if you spam a admin unnecessary things.Because a lot of people send admins messages but all they do is Clear Pms and it's gone......
And same thing for report if you make unnecessary reports claiming your being harass just because you get killed over and over like the rest of the members.
So with this idea the Admins messages will be clear and reports will be clear.
Also when you run out of warnings you get jailed for 2 hours.Each time you run out of warning it increases by 2. So for say I spam Jeni to host event or give me this item 10 times she will jail me for 2 or more hours.

The problem with Graal is that nobody is out there ENFORCING the rules. Graal let it get to this point with their inaction. Part of the PR team should be patrolling highly populated areas of the game like start area.

10 warnings is a bit much, thats like saying, "I'll let you be racist 9 more times". 2 warnings is enough.

I think that'd be way too far, I prefer the 2 out of 3. Two warnings and the final one you're out. Makes sense too, but to have 1 warning? Haha, most of graal would be jailed.

No I was thinking 10 warnings because sometimes when a new player gets on and wants a item really bad and just spam a admin about it.That was for Spamming/Unneseccary Messages but severely harsh problems like racism/glitching/hacking.Maybe make it 4 warning for Unneseccary Things and 2 warning for severely so we can crack down on punishments. Because how many of you every talked to a admin and they said they couldn't talk answer your messages because of the spam.

Also Side Question:How many of you admins actually check the reports?

If a new player decides to spam, they should just politely ask to stop and say "We aren't giving you or anyone else any sort of item for free, unless you win it through an event"
If its a normal player spamming, then thats understandable for a warning, I just think more warnings equal more opportunity for players to abuse them.

About that, and maybe iEra prs will get mad after what I will say, but in the pr application :95% of the notes are in the question: what's your nickname in era ? And 5% in all the other questions

Checking reports are a requirement for PR's. If a PR is on their staff account, they should also be working reports. Sorry for this thread full of bad experiences...some of us actually attempt to answer pms, work reports, manage uploads = what we are required to do. Events and auctions are not requirements but are certainly spammed to us and requested nonstop by players.

Just dropping by for a little reminder. Try to keep your titles meaningful and to the point. "Wow" just confuses people. Also make sure your language is a little... cleaner, even if it does get automatically censored.

I see alot of messed up people in era. Many would be called "sadists" Someone made fun of my bestfriend's mom's sickness sayin he hope she dies. My friend, who loved his mother, got angry and sad, verge of tears literally. I guess I stepped in and took it too far....i made the guy call me a "monster" and I guess it is Admins who should handle these situations, not players themselves. Currently I am learning to control myself and my anger, hate, etc. Tempting to use hate, but I am progressing :)

Ghost, sometimes we have to count on ourselves to help people. Just because we're players and they're admins, doesn't make them not human. We're both are human and can handle the situation just as well, they just have more "power" then us. I respect you for helping your friend, goodjob. But as said, just cool down and speak logically, makes the abuser feel dumb.

Someone call the police! We have some imperfect humans over here trying to help a game in which they get no compensation for!
