Fix Sabers
 

Sabers don't block any of the new gun's bullets or the chaingun's bullets.... This needs to be fixed.

So now you're saying a 22.5k weapon that is advertised to block bullets can't? That's messed up.

It does block bullets. No where does it say it will block every bullet in the game.

Saber is only supposed to block energy bullets.

I think saber should block any bullets that do 6 damage or higher.

I think the saber is hardly worth the 22.5k you spend for it. Sabers are supposed to be a big part of the future and crap, and it doesn't stand up to the current guns at all.

I just feel it should block all bullets, based off its price.

Oo come one tashkinub :/ dont give them that. The truth is guys that when all the new guns got released they fell behind on updating the saber to reflect the new bullets. Custom saber uploads also declined too for some reason. And if im correct the description doesnt say "Does not block all bullets" either.

The saber never should have been made. Especially not priced 22.4k

Ima come out with this now. I would much rather like if zone sabers were like era sabers. I like the way era sabers are held and hoe you can choose to spin and attack this would help so much instead of just having it be random

No it was done on purpose. Even Stefan said :( when it didn't block them about a week ago. Like the other guy said it's only suppose to block energy/plasma weapons.

Stefan is giving us the shaft. A light saber should have a bullet blocking ability. Now, everyone is gonna use the guns that can't be blocked and sabers are going to be like the lava gun; useless.

This makes me mad, I bought a saber for spring because they block bullets, and now they don't even do that?

You keep saying the saber doesn't block bullets when it still does... The saber does not and will not block nature weapons because they are not energy or plasma weapons.

Yet almost everyone uses the Nature Shop guns, nothing else.

So what you are saying is that you want the plasma saber to be changed because people do not use the weapons that it can reflect? That is both stupid and selfish.

I have to agree with tashkin on that. Think logically if apples and leafs hit a saber irl it would slice in half so naturally it shouldn't reflect it but the chaingun should be reflected.

Some of you don't even know your facts..... EVER HEARD OF FREAKING STAR WARS WHERE LIGHTSABERS WERE MADE!?!? They ONLY block ENERGY and PLASMA bolts. Nature shop weapons would still kill Jedis/Siths of they were put into Star Wars. So get your facts straight. They only want it to be 100% exactly like the lightsaber is in SW. If you are so sad about it, just use guns.

Anyway, I think instead of completely blocking the bullets how about you make it so it cuts the damage by 25-50% so everyone is happy.

Everyone uses the nature guns so it is rendering the sabers useless.

And Era News, if it reduced the damage by 25-50% it would still make sabers useless, what're you gonna do, use a saber to take damage?

I feel the saber should reflect the energy/plasma bullets, and block the nature ones. Think about it, shoot and apple at yoda and he is gonna cut it in half, it won't affect him. Same with a leaf or grass.

For that reason, they should make it that the lightsaber only stops the nature gun ammo but doesn't reflect at all.

i believe the red rifle isnt blocked, also the saber is still good for basing

On PC, there is a planet called Zone Wars that is very obviously based off of Star Wars.

There are two teams, Light and Dark. Each side has to destroy the opposite's generator located in their base.

Each team has a special class. Light has plasma sabers, pistols, light (weight) weapons, and move very fast. They also have speeders (vehicles that move very fast and can fly).

Dark has Dark Pulsar gun, Force Beam, heavy weapons, and mechs.

Light side focused on striking quickly, while Dark side was brute force.

Um if you wanna think logically the only lightsabers irl are the toy ones made out of plastic. If I threw the apple hard enough I could make an indent in that cheap plastic and your little saber wouldn't light up anymore.

If lightsaber can only block energy bullets but not assault bullets, (whatever theyare called), then the riot shield shouldnt be able to block energy bullets and instead only block assuault bullets. As the idea is that physical bullets cannot be stopped by a force of light, then electrical/plasma bullets shouldnt be stopped by a physical plank of material.

Also whoever put in the saber price, i think they made a typo like pressed a number twice. How come a 7500 plank of metal blocks more, also does damage, but a high tech 20,000 energy weapon can only flick off some bullets? Speaking of which, replace the riot shield with my version, which can be found in the riot shield thread.

I know iZone is doing something with Zone Wars.

Ya, and making it accessable for Facebook, and all the other **** which is being used by every iOS server.

Stefan does way too much in my opinion, anyone else would probably shut iZone down. You should be happy with Stefans decision after all.

So a lightsaber which at first was a decent investment in at first is now useless against some weapons because stefan says so. Well im out

You gotta remember that its a 2D game made out of pixels played by people from 6-20yrs of age (mainly)... and even if you wanted to be realistic im sure that in the future they would make riot shields able to deflect or absorb energy bullets... otherwise whats the point of having a shield in the future if u cant block guns from the future? lol. and another thing... Lightsabers were invented "A LONG TIME AGO in a galaxy far far away" so this means that lightsabers from the future must be even better and should be able to block all bullets right?..... just thoughts.

LOL you can't compare the riot shield which blocks all bullets and does very little damage to a light saber that blocks plasma bullets and does a **** ton of damage.

How about you stop demanding, and ask politely. No one cares to replace the riot shield right now, too bad you resigned you could've made it if you dislike the current one.
