Best gun under 7k?
 

What would be the best overall gun under 7k? I'm looking at Red Rifle, Green Rifle, Flower gun, and the Poison gun. Thanks!

Flower gun is the best i have poison gun and in my words, it sucks.

Flower gun is broken. Do not buy it. Sierra is crazy. Vine gun is excellent if you master it.

Go for Vine. The spam rate is magnificent.

How do I master it great one?

It's spam rate is far faster then flower, and flower only does .5 more...speed>power...

i prefer my flower for showdown it does 13 dmg (14 if your a commando)

Flower does 6.5...not 13.

In showdown, damages taken is doubled, than adds commando effect if you have it.

That's pointless. Never noticed. Now it's OP for sure. But Tiny might NOT want to showdown. Also, speed is valuable in SD.

Green or Red Rifle. Nuff said.

Ahem...the ER Beamer does NOT suck.
All/Any gun(s) can be used in a good way.
For example, the red rifle is out of ammo? No fear, use a Lightning Pistol which takes Energy Cells (not a good idea taking EC; just an example)
Or Photon Cannon is out, use ENRANGED RIFLE.
LP, and Enranged are both less damage, but the speed and ammo length is the same.

ER is just a 3 damage gun. It's not like punching a guy with a Saber.

Damage adds up.

You forget that vine gun has more spam rate which means more hits if you're good! Gotta look at both stats, not just damage :D

I'm aware. I'm not saying the Flower gun is better. I'm justifying previous statements claiming the Vine isn't the best, but rather, even with the Flower?

To me it isn't about which gun 'spams' most. It's more about accurate and powerful shots. If ur spamming the cheese out of a gun ur most likely not hitting ur target effectively and ur wasting bullets

Well that's true, it's just if you have a spammy gun, wider area to cover, and possible hit, if you can't aim, that is.

The flower gun seems to be the most popular gun at the moment.

Because people choose strength...not skill.

Every gun has doubled damage in showdown

Don't forget the vine guns weakness. When it shoots diagnol it always seems to leave open areas because of the ROF. Take a flower gun and go diagnol and you've got a win in spar.

It works...it has no weakness; unless the Flmaethrower gets to burn nature shots.

The rates of fire are the same I tested it with Darko where we lined up one with flower one with vine. Both fired at the same rate we both agreed on it as well as 3 other people I had watching. That means with both of the stats you brought up the flower gun would win. The rest is a matter of opinion.

It doesn't matter how you see if I'm correct. People that know both of us know which one has more experience with zone pvp.

Red Is better. Its the same, but can go through sabers.

No, just personal preference. I don't see how color would influence my gun selection.

Red is superior..Sabers won't block :)

It really does depend on your combat preference.

If you enjoy showdown, you won't encounter many sabers. If you PK randomly, I suppose a Red Rifle would suffice.
