Why was I reset?
 

About 1 year ago I was playing Era but I went inactive for about 2 weeks and when I returned I noticed that staff took away my BAR, cars, skateboards, and they also reset my spars. I have been wanting to tell this because I emailed staff like 5 times and they never responded.

Maybe because of the inactivity? Or someone has went through your account and transfer everything leaving only the account there.

The account was identified with my email and I am the only one with access.

just buy it again.

I had my account identified too last year and a half and someone manage to hack into my account and using my EC's and items. Any hackers can hack through, the scanning device for connected devices to my account is useless. It always detect "there is no device that can access to your account".

he wants him to re-post his question on era-go and then once he asks again on there he will help him out and be seen as a helpful good player. and get Rep points.

It's simple: Era-Go needs to rely on Graalians.com for its members so it attempts to direct them there every chance it gets.

Rufus is a staff on Graal Online iClassic, yet if someone asks why he's banned, the thread gets deleted for "email [email protected]". Get it?

But if he is on this forum and refusing to help unless he goes onto another forum where he will almost certainly be told to email someone, what is the point?

This is no place to complain at all, the thread should already be deleted? I mean, sure he can PM him now and try to help, but it is not neccessary for him on Graalians, but on Era-Go.

Era-Go is Official, Graalians is not. We wouldn't of needed to make our own site if Graalians was an official forums like forums.graalonline.com. I don't know the reason personally but I know there is one. As far as I'm aware Snk and Rufus didn't have any fall out, Snk just wanted his own forums which I might add had been in development since early last year, before delterias was released @ those who said Era just wanted to copy delt.

I forgot to add that the forums are more than what you see, if your staff you have access to particular threads for development ideas staff sections so that Pra's Gani, Dev, Gfx, Sfx Admins can leave requests for the different departments. And its much easier to promote the Gfx admin and give them those rights to post in those sections instead of having to wait on Rufus and Twinny to do those things for them on graalians as they're already busy with the other sections.

It wasn't due to inactivity, my friend snake rekon from era told me of this, he said it was either for the past things you've done that resolved to resetting you, such as hacking,boosting,etc. and yes someone could have hacked your account if you did no such things. They should be working on that i think
