Candy needs to be disabled in showdown/spar
 

I've got enough candy to last me a while in both of these so that's not what I'm complaining about. The problem is now that both of these have candy allowed someone can just heal up after taking larger amounts of damage. It's harder in spar but in showdown? I put some player down to one shot remaining in health and he runs away then comes back with full health, that shouldn't be what it has come to on who wins the gun fights on this server. Feel free to leave your opinion.

Let them waste their candy. They wont be able to buy stuff in the shop afterwards :)

Candy is allowed in showdown/spars/spar DeathMatch/combustion because anyone can obtain said candy quite easily.

That turns the game from who has more skill to who ToTs more this server just got so much better.

It won't be for new players that come after Halloween, they'll have to wait until the next one to be even close to the level of everyone else

Just use it and beat fire with fire.

Rather don't spend... If you spend it, what if the prices there are cheap and others expensive but COOL..

You'll regret it if you don't have candy left..

I was notified that regular food will be released after Halloween PVP will be seeing a change, if you don't like the items with for candy then save it for free food

That is the most idiotic "reason" why candy is allowed, it's unfair.

Candy needs to be disabled. Just because anyone can get it doesn't mean they want to use it. As it has been said before, candy will be used as currency in teh halloween shop.

The only reason why it isn't disabled is because no on can actually be bothered to disable it. It makes the majority of thins in game biased towards those who wish to use their candy. As said by iMask it's their fault for wasting it but why should be people sensible enough to save it suffer from that?

Ok now I disagree with this. Had a win, but no. Candy ruined it all.

Candy is just a way of easing us into food. Tashkin has said buy able food will be released. This shouldn't be in showdown

Exactly, sparring goes on forever if someone uses it. I didn't see any valid reason why any sort of food should work in showdown, sparring, events or squad planets... If this is how food will work it's going to provbably be one of the worst additions to the sever...

Maybe food will not have this effect?

Couldn't have said it better myself I even have this thread in game and everyone dislikes it except for tashkin of course. Not sure if he refuses to admit that the players are right or what it is.

How can they expect to get more when they don't know how to treat the few they've got

As i stated before. Everyone keep the candy after halloween and buyable food is introcduced to us. The problem just continues.

It does need to be. People use it non stop, showdown isn't really "showdown" anymore. It is who is teaming and who is healing.

Showdown needs to be based off skill, not who has the most candy or who teams to win.
