Increase the Amount of Items Hotkeyed from Two to Four
 

With the addition of the diving flippers, I believe it's time to add more items to the quick selection. This would be a great addition increasing the capabilities of the lone graalian. Instead of having to stop, drop everything, go to the menu and select the item needed, a player can just have four items set at all times.

^this. I'm sure he will be banned soon or at least be forced to remove the swastika from his pic as it is a very offensive symbol. I really don't see how players get stuff like that approved.

I do like your idea but I don't think 2 new hot keys are needed. If they did 2 I would like to see 1 for broadcast admin messages under the box where the gc icon is and to the left of the other icon. Then the other 1 for an extra items slot. Otherwise they could just make it so we could swap out the glove or the sword for other items. making the sword inner-changeable would leave players defenseless in pk areas tho.

Uh if you didn't know some people with small android device can only use 2 because the screen is to small...

I would rather see the ability to change items streamlined than adding more hotkeys. I already have a problem with hitting the other buttons on my iPad, I can't imagine if there were two more. And on Facebook extending the keys over to G and H would make it very awkward.

However, the current system is not designed in a way to streamline the process of changing weapons :(

Im just saying you iphone people would agree with me, considering your phone screens are smaller than ours.

yeah like an option for pc / ipad but that would give an
'unfair" advantage to those who use ipod/android

So it can go without saying that mine is bigger.

Just add this as an option so us lucky kids can unfairly equip 4 items.

Well you can lose a piece of paper, while you can't really lose the internet.

I play enough to understand that almost every player is " I want this or I want that" but I mean seriously.. I'm not saying its a bad idea but take it slow is all I ask, for admins sakes that take their time to make your dreams a reality.

What happens when you walk away from your router... Magic. And even if you do lose paper heres another idea: Use the notes app given to you free on an idevice, or just add it to your android or just phone in general in your messages etc.

I like this idea, but what I'd like for an update just putting this out there so I wouldn't make another thread since we are looking for something to improve is that option to view our game as it normally is, but instead increase the quality of the text and menu to a hidef look as you would when viewing out by pinching out. I don't know if I was clear with what I said. Repeat

When playing graal it just looks a bit blurry the text and guild pics when viewing it on an ipod/iphone. But theres an option to zoom out seeing more of graal and making the text look clean and guild pics to look great, but why not make the good things like clean text and better view of the guild pics zoomed in then out?

How about this:
Fb: use any combo of Q/W/E/R for extra hotkeys,
iDev: Add eras item bar thing that you swipe over to bring up

Ive always wanted this. At least a third key. I always keep a horse as one key, and other is an activity specific item like bug net, flippers, bombs etc. So its always necessary for me to have two items. However, with only two keys, things like morphs and gani's become obsolete to me :/

I think it's more productive to submit my ideas to the "Classic Future Improvements" subforum rather than writing it down on a piece of paper to keep to myself.

Not sure if you read the rest of my post there, "and then submit it after people get used to the mot recent update" notin those exact words but yeah.

he's not demanding anything.. he's just putting his idea out there for Graalians to ponder and think about. It is called Future Improvements.. and what's releasing one thing 2 days ago have to do with this? It's not that much to ask, if asking at all, no one said they were bored.. and this sorta goes along with the update, being you can have the goggles, flippers, and an extra thing equiped at one time.. and better to share sometimes then not too.

Goggles: Not needed in the actual slots because its already activated.Seems you didnt read it either, I like the idea but how about not adding more work for the poor people waking up for our sakes. Conversation ends, I don't want to derail this thread.

There is a difference between suggesting future improvements and demanding things to happen, js.

can i suggest that there is like character slots but for hot keys that you can customise. say you dive alot but you also tower, you would have flippers and a draisine as hot key slot 1 then by pressing an arrow in the corner of your screen or something you can switch to slot 2 which is bombs and arrows.
i haven't read all of this thread so i dont know if this idea is relevant anymore

Temporary solution:

using the "glove" icon should dive you underwater if you possess the flippers (no need to equip).

Also, using the glove icon in proximity of a railroad track would do the same thing as having used the draisin (if you possess it), no need to equip. (Not as viable of a solution***)

This would still allow the sword to be the same, and for you to carry a bow, bomb, or morph while taking advantage of the new diving features.

***the draisin esuggestion could be implausible sans some directional (parallel)and onwall checks.

I like this idea. It makes sense.
