Life Crisis

So I was recently texting my friends, when all of a sudden they all ask me if they want me to smoke weed with them. What do I do, and how do I handle this situation?
I really don't want too, tell my parents, because they will probably just report them. But, I don't want that to happen. I am also in every class with them so it is impossible for me to, ever have the ability to tell a teacher. So, please help me!!!

Simply put: Say no.
If they continue to bug you about it, or try to force you into doing it, maybe you shouldn't be hanging out with them.

1. Tell your parents and let them get reported. Their fault right?

2. Ignore them completely. Will not work for long.

3. Don't be friends with them. If not smoking weed is that important to you, just break the friendship.

4. Hang out with them but don't smoke. May fool them some, but they will probably figure out you're not smoking it soon.

5. DO IT! WHO CARES?? ONLY the lame kids don't smoke weed. Sarcasm
All I just thought of just now :p
Edit:6. try to make them stop

I suggest number 3 or 6

I have plenty of friends who smoke/ do other drugs, and I have been invited to join them in the past. I found that saying "I'm not into that kind of thing" is usually the best response, you don't have to stop being friends with them though.

Here's how I see it:
There's 2 types of druggies, those who are non violent, and those who arent. As long as your friends aren't stone cold thugs, you will find that there are some good people that have that unfortunate addiction.

So just tell them that your not into it, you'd be surprised how some people respect you for saying no.

Duh, say yes. Because drugs are expensive. :)

But seriously, if you're not into it just say no. Pretty easy.

PoeticFolly 12-09-2013 06:41 AM

Say yes. It's not every day someone will let you smoke their weed.

Do what Bill Clinton did, don't inhale.

Or be Obama, inhale and not like it.

Crono 12-11-2013 05:36 PM

if you don't want to, don't do it.

you don't need to tell anyone, unless they're like 9 years old...then i'd rat them out.

When you do weed,

You feel invincible.

When you feel invincible,

You go to Vegas.

When you go to Vegas,

You loose everything.

When you loose everything,

You have to sell your hair to a hair shop.

Don't sell your hair to a hair shop.

Get cable.

Wait wut...

I doubt many people will get that reference.
But I do!

Do not do it. If you have to do it to be friends with them, they aren't your real friends. If, in your state, smoking marijuana is illegal, don't do it.

It's pretty much illegal for minors everywhere.

This isn't a first world problem, this can be a problem for any kid around the world, and it usually is. Nothing about it makes it "first world", don't be a smartass.

Blah64 12-13-2013 04:52 AM

I am fairly certain being offered a free toke would not rank as a 'life crisis' for a third world citizen.

I'm not saying that seeking advice for such a problem is wrong. I just find humor in calling such an event a 'life crisis'

Have you taken into consideration the fact that some people want to avoid these types of things at all costs? "Problems" are absolutely subjective depending on what people do and don't value, and this can very well be a problem for people in third-world countries if it means having to stop associating with friends due to things like this. I agree this is by no means a "life crisis", but to say it's exclusive to first-world kids is ignorant.
