Account transfer/email change.
 

So, I recently discovered that on my old Facebook account an account that I lost (forgotten email) about eight months ago was on that Facebook account. I made a new classic account in that time frame and now that I have it back, is it possible for me to merge the two accounts or something?

If you send an email maybe but it's not possible by yourself as far as I know...

It's not possible unfortunately , trust me I've tried .... All the admins will say is that's it's impossible to merge 2 identified accounts ....

When did admin say this?

Someone merged my former identified account with their identified account, transferring all the stats, hats etc into one.

I thought account merging was illegal?

Idk how to create a topic so just searched for a same kinda topic.

About the account transfer it says : transfer account and some warnings.
I though with transfer account they meant to transfer my old account but they transferred my account where i was playing on. ( the just created one ) Is there a way to get it back?
i had some rares and lost it all :(

Well i play era kinda long.
but i bought a new iPhone so i needed to transfer all things.
when i typed in my hotmail it said transfer all.
When i tapped on that (because i though it would transfer my old data to my new iPhone)
I lost all my things and got started with the noob account.

Is there a way to fix this D:

I merged two identified accounts before, I asked him politely and discussed it with him for like 20 minutes then he did it for me.

Yeah I asked to merge two identified accounts and I got an email back saying it isn't possible.

You can't merge 2 identified accounts, you can only merge an unidentified account to an identified one.

Nope. Or at least not from my past experience. So I was banned on my main for a month so I made a new account and identified this one. I had one an event and won TPugmans blue helmet. When I got unbanned I asked staff if I could transfer that one hat from my noob that was identified to my main. They said not possible.
