Grail

Thallen 03-08-2014 10:39 AM

pretty sure it's officially pronounced as "grail" since old Classic quests referenced collecting different colored cups which were called "graals"

Platinum 03-08-2014 11:41 AM

Grail.

Aaron 03-08-2014 02:37 PM

MattKan 03-09-2014 01:16 AM

I'm pretty sure saying Graal to somebody you know in real life violates some unspoken rule or something so it doesn't really matter.

What'll happen to me? I've introduced Graal to two of my friends at school ;-;

Have I angered the gods?

NeoZX 03-09-2014 04:53 AM

It isn't the word Grail, so it IS (Grawl).
I used to say Grawl, but it's become GRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-L.

that unspoken rule only applies to the older members of the community and that's because most of them would be embarrass if their friends knew they played a silly dress up game like graal(not supposed to be offensive). So you're ok, you haven't angered the GOAT :)

Note: That unspoken rule is the main reason pc graal died and not because ownership was money hungry.

Ivy 03-10-2014 01:48 AM

SillyWilly 03-24-2014 06:35 PM

i pronounce graal like grail

Cheez 03-25-2014 11:49 AM

Well, anyone who's played it back in the day, and in some cases even now, knows that there were four (five?) "graals" to find throughout the world to get into some crappy place that really sucked. Of course, they were grails, because graal is the french spelling of grail.
