Any native/fluent German speakers?

This year (and hopefully next year) I am studying German at school, and unfortunately I'm not doing as well as I wanted. I would appreciate it if any native and/or fluent native speakers could aid me a little with the vocabulary and the grammar.
Any help is appreciated!

Probably using translate as you misspelled you're to your when you translated your phrase and thus it came out as Wenn sie ihre (your) Lese (not a noun) which doesn't make any sense.

Danke for your replies!
Am I right to believe that adding 'ig' onto the end of a noun makes the noun into an adjective? e.g. Son -> sonnig.

Yes, but not for all nouns and it's Sonne.

The first part is not correct it would sound in english kinda like that: I think that i can bit help. (I know its written false but just how it sounds in german)

Correct is:
Ich denke das ich ein bisschen helfen kann
But there are more ways to write that.

@Kendama its actually Handy haha
