Last year, Rufus told us, that will the last player Christmas hat submission. So I am assuming no hat submission for players this year.

If he's asking you to send him stuff for critique it just means he's going to steal your stuff, edit it, and then pretend to be good at graal.

How does this work?

Last year, you can email your hat to iClassic email and if they choose your hat. You can either get 10000 gralats or your own hat. Other people can get your hat from their presents too.
