What is in the rare gift?
 

My friend has a patternless gift and he heard from others that it's a rare gift. What do you get from the rare gift? Any ideas? :)

I've had gifts in my house for a year, and any time the server crashes or is restarted the design and positioning of them changes entirely, so I'm 99.9% sure it has nothing to do with rarity

Someone told me you get it every 150th gift, maybe its just nothing idk, could be rare could be not.

it is just another texture for a present, which is randomly selected.

textures aren't random, they are based off the gift type..

So it has nothing to do with being the 150. I received one around my 80th.

why would you get a special prize for receiving lots of gifts?

I've gotten pretty cool gifts that weren't "special." Honestly you can't really get much more than a mount

100,000 egg nog is much more than a mount.

Everyone who receives one becomes admin when they open it, notice that they are dark gray all over, just like Xor's customs. Coincidence? not in the slightest.

Shout out to Rogers

I don't believe it's a bug because u have to make the present gfx, so for these they made a blank one I doubt there is a layer of the design over the gfx,but then again maybe they do it like that, I doubt it

I have a blank one too. Only 40 total gifts though. LWmark abused the heck out of that secret santa, it looks like :P

Also, the secret Santa has a limit of 10 a day. I'm thinking Rogers had a lot of gralats (obviously) and did public gift4gifting, and actually didn't screw people over.

Just a graphic glitch it will still open and has same odds as any other gift

I know a dude that has a black gift with no patter and no bow on its ... It's just a plain black box , he has over 400 gifts and he told me he wasn't even sure when he got it

Had this same gift last year and didn't open it, but like I said in an earlier post, when the server was rebooted the pattern changed completely. I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter.
