What would you consider a pro?
 

I usually think a pro is a player with 10k kills and 1k hours, but it's probably more than that. I got this from Diz as a noob.

Hours mean nothing. People can afk forever but that doesnt make them a pro. I think good spar stats and loadd of kills make a pro haah

Knowledge & skill is what I believe can make you into "pro".

Kindness, respect, care, honesty, skill, knowledge.

As other people have already said, kindness and willingness to help other people using their knowledge,good stats; hours aren't that good since anyone can afk. But you do get the occasional rude ones. Lol.

I don't think there is really anything to be pro at, it's pretty easy to play a 2 button game.

The Idea of being pro Is a wide concept for this game doesnt really have a standard
The following are my oppinions (read this its worth it)

Pking: Pks play a big part In being a pro but i dont think slashing your sword for hours near graal city will make you any better at it when a sparer practices moves to kill your average pker with ease
I dont think pking matters and you can even boost easily

Hours: you can afk, i know someone who started in october and now has 1k hours so no

Bk: bk is easy to boost and theirs no skill involved really just like pking

Spar: sparers seem to show alot but then theirs the negative or positive thing and some people just spar noobs so they can be all positive and brag about it so ya spar sometimes but not always

To me its your sucesse's in the game that give you the title pro and your wisdom

Sucesses like: participate in a gst, take a tower solo
Get a 1k guild,5k or 10k or win a gst.
Also help players around be kind and not cocky and you should know basics on graal history like: Graal was NOT made in 2009

The day you stop hanging out at burger refuge and/or the police station and started horing yourself out to "sparring guilds" at supernicks makes you a pro.

professional: (of a person) engaged in a specified activity as one's main paid occupation rather than as a pastime.

Fun Fact: In Cuba, professional baseball existed from 1878 to 1961 (it was older than the American League). Then, the whole concept of professional baseball was abolished in Cuba. However, they still have an amateur national baseball league, which definitely brings up a huge amount of talent.

Everyone here knows the real definition of pro is. they were just all joking around.

But I think what this guy really wants is that the average statistic amount for graal to be recognized as a successful player in game.
I'd say 100k kills, 10k spar wins. people usually don't go far beyond this point and it's depends on people, but usually take a good amount of time to reach this.

Sadly it is true. No one else in graalians or in graal has the mental capacity to fully comprehend the vast definition of what a pro is. Think about a flying bird, it's essence is flight. The moment you put it In a cage it has lost its essence. The same goes for the true definition of a pro. The moment you think you know what a pro is, it's definition eludes you. Is a pro someone who sells his or her body at the admin hut? Or someone who sells himselfor herself to get a fancy trophy tag at supernicks? Or someone at burger refuge saying "rp dirty if you farm for me" ? The possibilities are endless. Since these guys spent enough time doing these activities and are paid for it. Therefore all of them could be pro.

A pro is someone that doesnt go around making other peoples lives a misery by calling them a 'noob' and also a pro is someone who cares for others, and also someone who respects others views.

Imo a pro is someone who has played the game for a while and has decent stats. I don't see how being nice makes you a pro.

I think there are different interpretations to the word. Most 'pros' as you call yourselves are rather very rude. I just think there are so many more people who diserve to be called a 'pro' due to the fact that they arent actualy rude. If you are rude and call people 'noobs' all the time, thats just plain stupid. Just enjoy the game, and be kind to others, and dont create a class of 'pros' and 'noobs'.

Pro in general Graal definition, it's more like good at this game and stat is the only way to prove that. A pro being cocky doesn't make them a noob, but it does ruin their image. In fact I met more noobs being rude towards people than pros. People who are really good at this game just ignores strangers.

But yeah clarifying pro and noob class is dumb, but yeah if they are beneficial to each other. That's not bad too.

"Pro" has nothing to do with attitude. Comyt (just an example please don't shoot I'm not armed) is regarded as having a negative attitude, to which he has admitted. However, he is still very much a "pro" in the sense of skill/stats.

Don't try to mold the word "pro" into someone who treats you better if you aren't. That defines class, not skill level.

And once you become a pro. it comes with all the benefits attached to being a graalian pro. Like you can write in your Job Resume or CV to increase the chances of getting a real life job.

Heres an example of what you could write in your CV when you become a pro.

Posted enough material in graalians to constitute a research thesis.

i dont like this current culture in classic separating noobs and pros. It should be newbies, midbies, oldbies and maybe a few pros who are top in their game. Now every little loudmouthed sparrer or pker is calling themselves "pro" . Which is why the definition of pro now is what i have in bold at the resume on top. Its meaningless. When a player is new in the game we call them a newbie, when he grows up and stop asking stupid questions he becomes a midbie. And when he has been in the game for years, an oldbie. If he is top of his game in what he does then a pro. Definition of a noob? Basically a new or midbie acting like an idiot. You know like guys saying **** like "ill spar you on my pro acct" thats noob talk. Or someone you've never heard of bragging crap like "ive beaten thallen twice in a row and ive beaten xxxx and xxxx. They are ezi" even if that actually happened thats also friggin noob talk. Noobiness is not reflected by skill Or stats. Who is a real pro everyone knows who a real pro is theres no need for clarifications. But the moment anyone calls themselves a pro they look dumb as horsepiss.

What if they have been playing for decades? Clops has been playing for 3 decades and other guys like rufus, dusty, and crono have been playing for 2 decades. Can we call them fossils? :D:love:

Thats a hard one goat we need to invent new terms for them. Fossils is good ,"the ancients" might be good too. or to make things easy we can do it the chinese way and just call all of them "uncles".
