I gave him feedback and he said thank you to me, so its really just not being a **** when you give feedback that makes the difference.

And did he put your advice to good use?

We're all sitting here screaming "antialiasing!" or "perspective is off!" and he just keeps making the same mistake to the point where he gets frustrated at us for providing the same advice.
