Graal needs night shift GP
 

Recently I've seen a lot of glitchers & hackers around Graal city mostly around 9PM-2AM, I did my part of the job and reported them and guess what? nothing happens cause there aren't any staff to take care of it. I just feel like the glitchers and hackers can just take advantage of that and go glitch and hack the game without any consequences, well... hope this help. Leave a comment what you guys think :)

This is because most of the Graal staff are American (due to American being the most common nationality in Graal) They ought to hire more Australians and English (different timezones cover different times in the day) but they're more hard to come by.

Kay is the only staff member online at around 9pm-11pm Australian time..

lol xD i don't think it matters if you are in a staff guild or not, those people showed dedication to the game and have proven themselves that they deserve to be hired that is why they're are hired my friend.

No I swear everyone is all well behaved when admins arent on. We never dare glitch or hack especially when admins arent on

The application was available on matt's facebook way before it was posted here, he has obviously been patient..

Well NYN and Azrael are on at night times (i think) but only for the radio.. sometimes Lykke aswell

I usually see elly, Graham (lilg) Kay and tuip on late into the nights also

Yeah there are definitely staff members on at night. I don't remember the last time there was no staff on. It's been forever, believe me.

HOWEVER I do always think about hiring some mature (16+) players for GPs who live in the Japan and Australian timezones. If you guys know anyone, please refer them (don't refer yourself please).

So there's some sort of idea that staff only patrol from the morning of their time zone to night of their time zone?

Most are too old to have some sort of "bed time", they can play at night too, just not as much because they need to sleep.

If you really want a 24/7 staff, hire a addicted insomniac in the north pole.

Most that I've ever seen on at night are afk

The only staff I see on usually at night is Xor, Warrlord, Julius and Lil a. But your right they're probably afk.

This thread is a complete waste because most of you are trying to subtly say "I could fill that position" Because you think that just because you may live in a different time zone your chances are increased.

The thing is that they never hire people from the east side of Great Britain.
Mostly we got players from USA, and if I (as an example) has the timezone as +1 GMT, I could always be on the mornings here, and then it would be night at USA..

Already applied weeks ago, so no, I don't try to become an admin.

There is still Julius (a german admin) for that time and I think a few others

Could also be good if they hired someone that was like +5 GMT..

We are never AFK. We aren't allowed to be AFK while signed on. In fact if we are afk for more than around 5 minutes we are automatically disconnected. We are just patrolling/working/answer questions. Big server.

How do You guys know that staff members are not on at these times? Staff members are usually in stealth. Staff members are only human they cannot be every where at one time, eventually that "hacker" will be caught it might be a day, a week or more but it will happen eventually.

I'm American but I live in Hawaii so when it's daytime here, it's night in the mainland. So I signed up for a application to be GP

Eon is a gfx admin I'm pretty sure, I dont think he has patrolling duties.

When I asked I was told he was GP. Tulip is on at night but when we pm about hackers, she said to report them and not pm her. Graal Police for you.

They say report them because the Staff can just warp to the reported player if they need to investigate. It's nothing personal against anyone, they would just rather do their job which is checking reports and investigating.

Reporting:

• Entries are logged, can go back to them over time

• They show up in client and are easily addressable

• They also show up in RC

• Doesn't suffer 'only PM'

Is the official way to get something done

PM:

• Can get lost in the crapton sea of, "OMG RU ADMINZ?!", "HI!", "Can you help?", "FAKE!" etc.

• Lost if client gets disconnected

• Not logged

Honestly, why do you all think it's GP duty to respond to your PMs within 30 seconds? That's NOT how it works.

How about you just do it the way it's supposed to be done. This also doesn't mean spam report one person 50 times because he stole your sweetroll. Not helping at all.

Twinny I don't expect them to answer within 30 seconds but we are talking about Eon and Tulip and when they are the only GP on why don't they answer? Is it hard to press keys on your keyboard?
It's not just them. It's all GPs. I can't feedback this because I was banned from feedback by time because I sent this by feedback.

I know gfx can warn too but he is gp and he never responds.

Sort of strange after being banned from feedback possibly for spamming it. Now your trying to make your self seem important by sending personal pms.

1. Staffs didn't add you to there friends list, get the point?

2. It's reports not feedback, that you need to use to report players.

Technically, I'm not GP. I'm often distracted making stuff when I'm actually on but when there are no GPs, I do answer reports. I never have friends only on. If I tell someone to report, it's because it's easier to find whoever they're reporting. I never ignore the "HI HOW ARE YOU?" or "WHAT ARE YOU UP TO??????" pms either. If I'm on, I answer them. I'm sorry if I accidentally skipped yours. :(

What's wrong with sending PMs about problems other than reporting players?
