Downgrade iOS: 8.1.3 to iOS 7.1.1?

After 30 minutes of attempting to download/find a GBA emulator for iOS 8, I have decided to just downgrade my iOS. However, I don't know how to do that :(
Does anybody know how I can do this without jail breaking?
(Or alternatively an emulator for iOS 8.1.3)

I never really saw an option to without jailbreak, so I never downgraded. Dont you have a cell or anything for GBA emulator.

No you cannot downgrade from 8.3. Apple does not allow it as I tried it before. It sucks but it is what it is.

Hey maybe there'll be an app for GBA emulator for the new IOS soon.

You can use the nds emulator found on iemulators for iOS 8.1.3. I'm really sad about cool rom losing all its Nintendo related roms.

Kinda off topic but does anybody know of any SNES or N64 emulators for iOS that work with the latest updates?

Not sure about downgrading, I guess iOS 5.1.1 supports the hardware.

I'm pretty sure all N64 emulators are really slow, so I highly doubt there is one for any of the newer firmware versions.

I wished I had an android device the emulators are working there. The n64 emulators work fine on android too, they run smoothly.

You can't downgrade.

You can, however, go to http://www.builds.io to download working emulators. Costs $9.99, but AFAIK, it's the only working NDS and GBA emulator for 8.1.3+.

Used it before I made to glorious switch to Android.

the nds is free I downloaded off iemulators without using the buildstore.

Most if not all the Nintendo emulators don't work in 8.1.3

By only that but Nintendo also started cracking down on ROM files drifting around the Internet.

Big ROM sites like Coolrom got all their Nintendo ROMS removed and honestly, Coolrom was the only site I trusted for this stuff.

In short, emulation is at halt as of 8.1.3

For now at least.

Emuparadise is the last "trustworthy" one. I used as a backup.

Thought I had posted this, thank you everyone for replying! I'd rather not pay unless it was necessary - is there some way I can (il)legally download the one on builds.io? I haven't been able to check iEmulator so far but I suppose I will now. Thank you everybody again for the informative replies!

There is a way but it is rather messy and not free. It involves registering your device under an iOS developer account, and then taking emulator application packages and code-signing them to your device. This then allows you to install them to the device via iTunes.

Some jailbreak apps can be converted and installed onto non-jailbroken devices in this way, but often they cannot use all of their functions correctly.

Currently there is no publicly released utility for downgrading from iOS 8 to iOS 7.

As for N64 emulation, the only working one I have used on iOS 8 is RetroArch, which emulates multiple systems. It runs at full speed (30-60FPS) on devices released in 2011 or later. The problem is that finding a non-jailbroken install of it is difficult, and it cannot be easily complied and code-signed using the above method.
