I cant get onto Graal! Please help!
 

Whenever i log on it says The connection to the accounts database has been lost. please try again later. Dx please help me!

whew.. i thought my account got hacked.. i guess the server is just down :O

Entire login server is down. Both on iPhone and PC.

The server crashed, only about 149 people on. According to one of the people I know who is actually on.

Correction 128 online.

Server just crashed it happen to pc server last night, now all.
Don't be alarmed it will be up soon as we get in contact.

I'm sure that the problem will be resolved sooner or later. Try to not spam the graalians website guys.

The player count was at 128 and then I got logged off and can't get back on. What's going on? Anyone else have this problem?

But when I was on it was at player count 500 and it dropped steadily for an hour b4 it kicked me off at about 129 player count o.O.

Its a server check. It restarts the entire app fully from start to finish. Takes minutes to an hour or two. Its only to make sure the server doesn't crash or lag too much ever again

its a server hicup, ive been threw 3 of these now, not much you can do but wait to get back on :/

maintenance, we made a big group running around graal. we were about to a RPS tournment but i crashed

yeah at first i thought it was me at first but i diddnt think so....lol....

last time when the server crashed we all went to the burger refudge from the lack of noobiess and all staff online rushed over and draged us into a cornor until *disconnects* GOD DAMN IT >:O

I think it they were repairing the auction. It's better to server down because there might be lag.

I would advise not to believe in DDOS since it has rarely happend to GraalOnline in the past 9 years i been here, the servers are very much secure. There were in fact some server hardware issue as of yesterday which caused some of the pc server to go down. This is in-fact the same speculation as to what occur last night.

It may be hardware issue once again or possibly power failure where the server are located we are still waiting on a feedback from the company.

It's down to 50 people now lol.
