Treasure Maps (With Hints)
 

Treasure Maps can be obtained as rare loot, killing Bandits/Pyrats.
Once found, you need to get it deciphered by the guy in the house which is second to the right as you first enter Destiny. Once you're at the location shown on map, you need to dig the chest up with a shovel. It is possible to win treasure maps playing Crab Chance, too.

Here is a hint list of where the map locations are, of course, these are general pointers. Also, some locations may not have been found yet, so there will be a lot of blank spaces, so if you have a map that isn't listed, please PM me on Graalians, and I'll add it to the list. Have fun! If I really did help you out, small +rep wouldn't go unnoticed :P

Please Note:
It costs 25 gralats to get the guy to read another map after your first one is done for free. After this, the price will continue to stack (25, 50, 100 etc). This resets every 24hr when scoreboards resets.

The maps now are numbered in the order you find them, so you find Map 1, then Map 2 etc. Not one numbered map refers to the number, and in NO WAY ARE THESE RELATED.

I have map 85 and map 113, which 85 i can dig but it doesnt come up withva chest.
Map 113 i cant dig.

Balamb maps are currently broken. They will be fixed today.

Due to the nature of treasure maps though, it would be nice to not have their locations spoiled as it ruins the fun.

I did mention that it shouldn't be used as a cheat sheet, yet some are pretty obscure, and I have included generic facts about the task anyway, if people want to cheat completely, then that is their problem, not mine...

I do believe when the Bandit Quest was released, Vlad created a thread which was a step by step guide with pictures. I am not showing pictures, just depicting a general area....

Where's Map #4?

Another problem the place inside the cave where the rail rode is invisible throught bandits? the entrance of it is not able to be dug/tried to dug but no treasure came out with the map#82

Post pictures if you want help, there's over 100 maps. I don't think anyone has memorized them all lol.

Please keep the negativity off this forum. Players need to finish everything as fast as possible so they can go back to their AFK spot and complain about how there's no updates.

I think the whole point of all this stuff that came with the Destiny release is to keep players running around for a while since they're always complaining about content or there being nothing to do.

This is a forum that is said to be completely apart from the game. It's unofficial, so why can't players make tutorials and guides to help with in-game tasks? It's their choice, work for it or get help. Why does it matter?

They can, that's why the posts are still around. Do you see any deleted?

It's just tiring for players to constantly whine that there's no updates, and when updates do come around they want all the information handed to them on a silver platter so they can complete everything in the first day.

Ok, I found the location of where my map shows, but I can't find the treasure chest, and I've dug in every possible place.

I agree with you, I'd rather do it myself with as little help possible to extend the play time. But that's me. If they want to finish it all and get bored again that's their fault. Just don't expect guides and shortcuts to be non-existent, because they're gonna get made. So let them do whatever, just sit back and watch.
