Not sure if I figured it out but there is a bottle in the emerald saloon which is breakable and can be bought as furniture. They're $500 gralats each.
No clue if this was already a thing but don't think so

Okay, found the npc at the cafe. They mentioned some hidden book collection at the Drink 'n' Forget bar. I went there and found a wanted poster with Clown on it. It has a riddle.

I don't think the book is the end to this quest. Maybe somewhere during your search for the books, you're suppose to search for clues for the first riddle in Clown's House? (The legend who fights with peace in mind)

Still love how Clown is wanted for years and still hasn't been found yet when he's (referring to his NPC) just standing there behind a bar in his house.

I would like for people to understand the storyline instead of skipping steps they read somewhere. Just in case I decide to carry on the storyline behind it
