Unfair uploading to certain players
 

Today i found a link body on the internet and decided to upload it, anyway, later on the upload was denied by pedro becuse apparently it broke a rule, so it broke a rule and yet people like himself and people in his guild(Hyrule knights) have it, so tell me: why are they aloud to break a rule and upload it and not me:/ thats quite unfair if u ask me:sarcastic:

Popular player uploads ripped thing from Internet. And gets accepted.
New player uploads hand drawn head based off of whtever the popular player got. It gets rejected.
It's favoritism I tell ya.

Pretty soon they should absoulety BAN certain heads and bodies to the point where you can't even get past the upload page with them.

it wasent his link body, im pretty sure it was the one that iGlove made when the link bodys just came out, but still, it bugs me on how theres people in his guild with almost ther very same thing and yet i cant have it, when u think about it its favoritsiem basically

I can't say I actually KNOW players other than Rufus or Higbey. However, I know sometimes some of our uploaders miss and allow things that shouldn't be uploaded. It's not favoritism or anything stupid like that - we just miss it. Sorry.

You can't deny that some of the staff do show favoritism. No offence to you, of course, because it isn't you doing it, but not all of the staff are perfect. I honestly saw your name on this thread on the home screen and expected you to say something along the lines of "tell me more and I'll fix it".

missing it i can understand but when about 2-3 people and him on his non admin account have it and its the very same body its kind of obvious that he doesent want you to have it and that is even more sad becuase the body i uploaded wasent even that one, it was a recolor of what he had. :/

There's no reason to reject that body I've uploaded it before. It's not copyrighted or anything so I don't see the problem. I don't know if pedro made that body or not, but if he did and he's rejecting it because he doesn't want other people to use it that's not right.

I think Pedro did make that, if he did I wouldnt judge him if he didnt upload it, would you like to work hard on something then have it recolored/stolen?

That's not fair though. If he did that for himself what about all the other players? Many people have their work stolen and recolored all the time and they can't do anything about it. Why should he be able to if he can't. This only IF he did it for that reason I would like to know why it was rejected.

I noticed the background is white. Did you bother setting the transperency or clicking the transperency box when you upload?

that pm denying the body said it broke some sort of rule. meaning the peole who have those bodys are breaking rules having them, why do they get to break the rules by uploading, why cant other players upload them? its quite stupid if u ask me

Thats two different uploaders.
If you upload the body fine I will accept it. Some of the bodies are bad files. Half the body is missing and when I get pms back as WTF or WHAT! I can't really help you. Saying I play favorites is just a sad game. Listen half the link bodies sent in are solid black files. They are old bodies that I worked on that people find.

Rather than trying to blow a little problem out of proportion (you didnt get a body uploaded .-.) how about you be the mature one and contact the staff member personally and yea if fireenn rejected it then why would you say its pedros fault?

I just checked the file to see if it was solid black, and it is. You can't have solid black otherwise the whole file will show up transparent. That's why it was declined.

Besides, Pedro uploaded the files for the members in his guild, and they were obviously not solid black. No favoritism there.

How is it favoritism if the pic you showed is isnt even Pedro declining the body, pedro shouldnt be in this at all, he just made the body.

The system we have for uploading is designed in such a way where it's first come first serve. It comes to us in a list. There is no picking and choosing and there are no real grounds for saying it just because you see certain members from his guild having their stuff uploaded. How do you know WHEN they uploaded it?

Uploading is an endless task Pedro takes on all for you guys. I used to upload... It was a really tedious task. It bothered me a lot when people complained about how slow it was because it really is a process. So the best thing you guys should do is not complain so the uploaders don't feel like they are working hard and getting crap for it. By the way, we are looking for uploaders so get in contact with Pedro on Skype if you're interested. You can pm him what his skype is.

If I were in Pedro's guild, I'm sure I would hear Pedro say in guild chat more than enough times about the no solid black thing... I would expect any member of his guild to be awesome at sending uploads. Kind of like Magic since I would constantly mention NO SOLID BLACK or TEMPLATES whenever it came up in guild chat.
