ADMINS - HELP

I have forgotten my identification email. I remember my Graal ID is 817744 or 814477, one of the above. I am the leader of Mayhem, and my name is currently:

EkCiprioni" -INACTIVE

I need help to get my account back please!

Ghettoicedtea 07-07-2015 05:53 AM

How the hell do you forget your email? Bruh.

SouthernZombie* 07-07-2015 05:55 AM

I could understand password but email? Wtf

EkCiprioni" 07-07-2015 05:58 AM

I forgot which email I used and have been inactive for 2 yrs, give or take.

Send in a ticket to http://support.toonslab.com/ with as much information as possible that can prove you are the real account owner.

I can't make any guarantees you'll get it back, but best of luck!

EkCiprioni" 07-07-2015 06:43 AM

Thank you, Colin - hopefully the join date of this account helps - also.

In the first place, why on earth would you create more than one email for? If you're lucky, the email that you use to register for the Graalians forum may be the same as the one you use in-game. Just check the User CP and click Edit Email. If not, then try remembering those *loads* of email accounts and check the emails for the registration mail.

Maybe if he uses Era-Go forums he can go to options and check his email, usually player use the same email to get a free event coin.

If that was possible then anyone who had lost their account due to email issue would've went through all that trouble to check their email on Era-Go.

You left the game for 2 years, but you forgot your email. It doesn't make any sense. I had a friend who didn't play Era for 1 and a half year and yet he still has his account fully attached to his device.

Tried toonslab? Perhaps try the Accounts Administrator: [email protected]

Posting the same thing won't always benefit the one in need.

At least we have your GraalID.

Please do not use the email that Nerox has recommended. It can possibly be a fake, and is used to fish peoples details. Use the official and correct way by sending a ticket via http://support.toonslab.com/

It still gets seen by Xor or your server manager

Nah. It's real, but toonslab is still the more conventional way. BTW, why would a phishing email be on GraalOnline's server?

You need to verify the server duh. Before it sets up it says VERIFY and you need to go through the Nameservers to do that. The closest you can get is @graal.net. For example my email is [email protected] That's different from @graalonline.

2poor. But that's besides the point, you can make similar ones like [email protected] and just forget the online part

No you can't. Its @graal.net not .com. Plus I did not say @graal.net I said @graalonline so your point is void. I am not fishing.

I doubt xor will help you change an email relating to an iera account.
The server policy is that we don't change emails linked to identified account.
There can be exceptions made for ISP/school/locked emails but they are looked at on a case by case basis.
Please don't email any staff directly, it's a much better process to go through the official support website at support.toonslab.com

I had dropped items from 2013 in my house then you teleported to me, PICKED THEM UP and said "Dropped items are illegal" freaking ruined Era history

BTW thanks for linking me to the support page. I'm going to report you picking up my items and I have screenshots to prove it :)

They are still in your inventory, you just can't place them on the floor.
You know we removed that system

You destroyed my history that I showcased to players as a museum. They weren't disturbing the gameplay one bit! And you picked them up without my permission
