I think it's time people with some sense all start rioting in front of BA telling them to fix this goddamn server because it's not working anymore, in terms of us appreciating it for most of us. Yeah, yeah, we get that if you live close to texas you're not lagging at all.

we need a few people to see the post before picking a time and date i think it would be better on saturday or something when server is more packed so we could crash server in front of BA with lots of lag!

We need the whole server to spam Unixmads email or something to grab his attention and actually ****ing sort the server out lol (why not put his email in the news?) and if he doesn't well... Classics gonna die lol.

I don't understand what Texas has to do with any of it, lol. Why would being near Texas solve your lag problems? Sure there is a bit of lag occasionally, but what do you expect when things are being developed and pushed out all at once. Also, maybe try staying away from over-populated areas, they also cause lag.

Also, while I understand that you are all upset, I don't think cursing and causing a "riot" will solve or change anything. Perhaps a well formed argument on why you think things aren't good and what you propose should be done to change it will have a better effect though.

I assume one of you will come back with the argument of, "They never listen," but I assure you they do. The developers work hard and I think you should give them the benefit of the doubt. It's impossible to please everyone, but they do listen to feedback. What do you think the point of beta is? To test things and get the opinions and feedback of players.

Yes, starting a riot will fix absolutely nothing. Not only does the only person who can fix it not log onto Graal; but it is childish and will not get your point across to the staff team; who, by the way, already is well aware of the lag issue and suffers from it to.

Spamming Unixmad's email won't help either, unless the goal is to make the community seem childish and have him completely ignore you. He won't think "wow look at all the people suffering from lag", he'll probably think "I wish these kids would **** off and stop spamming me".

Which it doesn't look like many people have actually even tried. Kinda speaks to how motivated you are to get the lag fixed.

Lol you guys act like they will fix the server... It's been probably 3 years! This server can't hold the amount of people in it and they haven't done anything about it for 3 years don't tell me they listen because I'll guarantee you before any changes in the game most of people who are worth something in the game want the server fixed before anything such a new spar system and stuff like that! But they obviously won't listen because we aren't any sort of income to them anymore and only please noobs in the city of 2 year olds dressing up as babies and asking for role play since they're the ones spending money not us!

I'd also like to point out that in the opening post of this thread you complain about all the lag, but then you go on to suggest causing intensive amounts of lag with the intent of crashing the server. Wat.

Also, if you really don't think they'll "fix" the server (I surround fix in quotes, because there really isn't anything horribly wrong with it) then why did you make this thread? Why do you still play?

2011: 1800+
2012: 2250+
2013: 2500+
2014: 2700+
2015: 2800+

So, they actually have fixed the lag before, and I'm sure they will fix it this year.

Not sure if you spar, pk, or even catch bugs, but the server definetely needs an upgrade when pc is at 3800 avg.

I was talking about the piece of hardware the server runs on not the staff being fired.

The current staff do what they can to minimize lag. That's why players appearing on the map is disabled when the playercount is high, and why the queue event system is in place instead of the portals. So instead of creating a lag riot and becoming a detriment to the game and those playing it, how about you start acting mature and find a better way to address the problem? Just sparred a few times. I don't see any point in doing it when it's this bad. Probably because is ~4:00PM EST but I'll try again later tonight might be better.

Just got word from Xor, anyone caught participating in this revolt will get a 5000 hr ban. Martial Law is in effect.

If graal city turned into a pk zone would people spread out over time (would this reduce lag)?

Would just have a bunch of dead afk people sitting around. The biggest thing is auto-dc, if people are inactivr for longer than 5-10 minutes disconnect them. Lower playercount and less people in one spot.

And if you pause it could warp you into you're house? May help with the lag to if this is even possible.

It's like this: you pause, I spam swing sword, you come back to the game, I get a kill if you're on .5 or you get damaged.

I know, just thought it could help server lag and the pausing "issue" is happening already.Most people just log out and don't come back for awhile.
