After doing this, if you still have this issue let me know.

I've done it and it still shows a black screen when I try to log on.

Edit: Hm. The black screen is still there, but I was able to click on the place needed to log on, and it now shows the login screen with the two green bars. I can edit my profile, but nothing really shows up, just the outline of the box that opens up to allow me to edit it. If I click start, it goes straight to a black screen once again.

alright, hold on, I'll try and see if I can find a solution

Try the following:

Refreshing
Closing the browser, and trying again
Try clearing cookies and other site plug-ins, autofill form data, and cached images + files
A different browser

Done it all.

Hey guys, sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

I've tried all the methods too, error is still occurring. Not entirely sure what the issue is but for now it seems like you'll have to play using a mobile device.

Anyone who desperately wants to play it you can download bluestacks an android emulator and play the android version on your PC.

Can confirm, Bluestacks is quite reliable and I use it for things other than Graal, too.

It doesn't work that badly, though. I still think that it's better to actually use the website, but it's kind of cool that you can use an android emulator to play.

I think the issue is cache related, where people who are able to play have their images stored locally from before/during all of this, and everyone with black screens (myself included) are not getting the downloads. This won't be fixed until tomorrow unfortunately if that is the case.

I been trying for last hour and cannot get onto the server.

This has an incredibly slim chance of working, but try disabling your browser extensions.

Might need to clear DNS again.
