I can't connect to Classic
 

I was IP banned for 2200 hours for "hacking or cheating" but I sent in a ticket and the IP ban appeared to be removed. I could play fine for a few hours. But then I decided to go to sleep and in the morning I couldn't connect to the server at all. It says "connection error- You have been disconnected from the game server". It says this on all devices on my IP. I sent in 3 more tickets and toonslab keeps replying with "the account does not appear to be banned. If you are still banned, please check the ban id to make sure you gave us the correct ban id".

So, why can't I connect to the server? The only way I can connect is if I use Puffin which I think has some sort of proxy on it. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but I still can't connect. This started happening on Saturday morning. If I am banned, why doesn't it just say so?

So yeah, is this normal when you're IP banned on Classic?

Try restarting your modem/router (while waiting for at least 10mins)?

I've tried using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, but I can't connect to Classic on any of those browsers. Also, the main device I want to play on is my iPad.
All other Graal servers are working fine for me.

Ya, you're probably glitched out the game.

You could get a new IP, but that probably won't solve the issue if the ban has been removed, which it has according to what you said. The only advice I could give you is trying to log onto a different account(noob account, not someone else's) and seeing what happens then. Besides that im not sure, considering you have already done everything else I can think of. Did you restart it? Kidding, Good luck with your troubleshooting

Yeah, I have tried logging in on noob accounts and it says the same thing. I think they might've looked into the issue more and saw that I deserved the ban after all. I just wish I knew for sure though.

Yes, but it was just a speed hack. I didn't realise how long Classic bans could be.

I've waited 99 days and I still cannot log in. 99 days is 2376 hours and my original ban was 2200 hours. I sent in a ticket and again they reply with "the account does not appear to be banned. If you are still banned, please check the ban id to make sure you gave us the correct ban id".

It says the same thing that it said three months ago "connection error- you've been disconnected from the game server". I cannot change my IP address and I don't want to use a VPN.

Can somebody please help me? I've been waiting since September to play Classic.

Have you uninstalled the app and cleared the cache in your browsers?

Try logging on at a library/friends house/ anywhere with free wifi to see if it's anything wrong with your account.

If it works fine, I have no idea since you already tried all the other possible solutions..

I just logged in at someone else's house and my account worked fine! But sure enough, once I returned home and connected to my home network, it wouldn't let me connect again.

Perhaps your account is unbanned but the IP isn't. In your ticket, did you state that it was an IP ban and not an account ban?

Did you add your IP Address to the ticket?

I don't believe I did. I wanted to each time I made a ticket, but I just... didn't. I'll do this now though.

They are probably checking the last IP the account was accessed on, and since you're using a proxy that IP wouldn't be banned. So I'd recommend resubmitting a ticket with your IP Address.

My favorite part is that ToonsLab actually did "unban" him (or at least attempted to idk lol) even though he speed hacked.

Pretty sure they only unbanned his IP because an IP ban was unfair. Didn't touch the account ban though.

I sent in two tickets and they were never replied to and now they say "ticket not found" when I click on the email link. So, I think they deleted my tickets.

I don't understand why my IP was banned and why they won't tell me anything.

A: your wifi probobly sucks,

I have the same problem. I can't connect to Classic on any device in my household. I even tried turning wifi off on my phone and using data to connect and that didn't work. My brother can't log onto Classic on his ipod or phone either. When I'm not home, I'm able to log on... although I haven't tried in like a month since I stopped playing altogether because of this. Now that I want to start playing again, I'd like to try and fix this. I never got any sort of notification saying that I was banned, and the last time I played, I didn't hack or abuse any glitches. Any ideas on what my problem is??

maybe you just tried when the server was down? seems really odd since it would tell you if you were banned

I dont know. I doubt my sister would even be able to get on her account if she tried...
