What are your guy's stories on how you spent your honor point, if you played back when they existed? Mine was scammed from me within 5 minutes simply because I didn't know better, but I'm sure some of you have interesting stories of how you spent your honor point. Story time :)

What are honor points

Mine was given how the system was designed, someone extensively helped me with learning the basics of the game in exchange for it.

All I remember is playing and thinking I was kewl with 1 Honor Point.

What are honor points please tell me

Honor Points were well, points, you could buy unique hats and mounts with a certain amount of Honor Points, you could also give other players your Honor Points:P

oh they sound really good

Gave mine to a girl who told me that If i ****ed aload of bushes, I can get $$$ for codes

>says, "Honor me for help"
>I do it
>poof
>means they logged off

I think I just traded mine with a friend then went around (mostly in balamb) helping people for them.

Back in the old times, every player could give 1 honor point to any player. If you got enough you could buy hats and mounts from this hat shop on belle island (Now called delta or something). But like 2-3 years ago they got rid of it

Seems like a good decision to get rid of it due to all these scams.

Back in 2010 when I had just downloaded the game on my 3g ipod I was scammed in under a minute. A player approached me and we had a short conversation that ended with me giving away my honor point and getting unstuck into the world without going through a tutorial.

I gave it to someone that told me i could help him by just going to his profile and tap the give honour point button and then he left without a word...

Gave it to a stranger as soon as I got out of the boat :')

When Graal played the trick of making everything 1 honor point and I got happy and turns out they really weren't 1 point but their real price which was like 10+


But to answer the real question because I am blind and waiting in line.

I never had one and people spammed me to give them one and I was confused as hell


You are most likely talking about the remake of it which was above unstuck me.

Because you could never buy mounts.

And even with the new one it was tokens. You scrub.

Came back after a hiatus in the game (had played last in 204-5?) and we well aware of how scammy some people were. And are. Within a few minutes of bumming around looking for quest hooks, I met some one with a few hundred hours (no idea who) that asked me if I had played before. Sure enough I had, and we sat at some bench and talked for a while about what changes had been made since back in the day. A little disappointed, but prepared, I gave away my honor point.

That said, I also got an honor point from 'cesar' on the day that the honor point shop was demolished. Before I could go to spend it (it made a total of 5 points I think, to buy a hat I was looking at), the place was gone. Maybe I got the last one ever given..?

Within 5 minutes of starting the game a girl invited me to her house and trapped me (this was before the out button and I was unaware of unstick me). She wouldn't let me out until I honored her, so I eventually had to give it to her.

I had 50 honor points, didn't knew what it was for, still don't know what is it for, but my friends gave me them when I was in a old guild which I stayed for a long time but didn't get 1000 hours, only reached 400 or something, then an update or whatever removed the honor points. damn.

i saw the shop in the onnet town, but i only had 3pts. didnt get anything, the system was removed one day.
but when i saw token shop next to the swamp bridge i was desperate for that blue half transparent mount. still want it tho

Was spammed by noobs at balamb and didn't give it out.

Eventually gave it to some dude that was showing me how to do bomb glitching/walking. he didn't ask for it, so I gave it to him because he was helping out while expecting nothing in return.


Funny Fact: I created alternate accounts to honor myself thus getting most of the honor point hats :0

Mine got scammed by L33t when I was a noob, first time and last time I've ever been scammed in graal.. I never really got alot of honors so didn't collect all the hats.Until in classic typical style they resold for eggs?or something that was collecting so I ended up with most them hats anyways.
