Just started a week or so ago at the time of this post, but loving it all the same.
Don't really have a main frame I run since I'm still working on getting a handful of them. So far I've got Excalibur and Loki to a decent level. Got a Rhino that'll be done later tonight, and I've got Mag, Nova, and Trinity building up right now.

Let me know somehow before you add me. I tend to refuse random friend requests.

Whatever frame you feel most comfortable using in any mission can be considered your main.

Don't forget to invest in decent primaries and melee weapons.

I've been leaning towards bows. Almost have everything for a Paris Prime already.
Probly going to end up getting a Tonkor as soon as I'm possibly able to though. It's what I've been told to do by a couple m19+ friends of mine, since apparently it suffers very little from damage fall off in late game.

Yeah the Tonkor is cheese-tier.

If you're into bows, be sure to join Red Veil for the Rakta Cernos.

To me, its pretty much the best bow in the game.

I'm in the steel meridian, so I'm getting rep towards the Red Veil as well. There's more useful mods in the Steel Meridian that I'm after for now.

Just got my hands on a paris prime and potato'd it as soon as I could. Have the Tonkor, Rubico, and Tigris now. The Tigris hits really hard at base damage. Pretty nice.

Oh wait till you get the Sancti Tigris.

That thing to me is on par with the Tonkor in terms of damage only Tonkor does more damage in groups than single target.

Be sure to put punch-through mods on your shotguns.

My pc is messed up rn so i havent gotten on lately.

I use valkyr and ash prime, and have the quanta, lex prime, orthos prime, and scindo prime. I primarily run a melee based set with valkyr and ranged set with ash.

I just finished crafting Valkyr earlier today. My god she never dies if there's an energy source around. Also very fun, if not a little repetitive.

Got a Nova Prime crafted up a while ago, and I'm on the second forma already. Trying to max out duration. Kinda hard without a continuity mod though.

Yeah you're gonna need that continuity. Nova laughs at everything during high levels.

Update 18.5 is coming tomorrow bringing new quest and Darunde-sandstorm frame.

Inaros OP, new ship is awesome, the weapons are meh, and the graphical update makes my beast of a PC lag (QQ), and the cats are scary af.

You may need to tweak settings and turn off PhysX.

The weapons are ok but the only one that I'm really interested in is the Dual Toxocyst. Those look badass.

RIP me. Rolled a 50% discount to Plat and couldn't resist since I never bought it before and wanted to support DE for this fun game. Ended up buying the 375 pack and went to town with slots for Warframes and Weapons. Also got me the Classic palette since I wanted to expand my colors rather than the free selections. Nyx is getting fun but I want a new Warframe to toy around with. Perhaps Rino, Excalibur, Frost, or Trinity will be my next target.

Nah it's a random roll. It's a 25%, 50%, and 75% discount that can be a possible daily reward.

oh dem if i get a 75% i will drive to walmart and buy a steam card.

Buy color palettes, syandanas, armor, weapon and frame slots, rare mods on trade chat and so on.

Excalibur is OP AF.

All four are great frames but I feel Excal is a lot more versatile.

Don't even have to tell me twice..I got him today and he's so much fun to play. Nyx is awesome with Chaos but I'm having way more fun with Excal..I'm only level 7 so I gotta get him to 10 for that almighty EB.

Lol EB is only half of the fun.

IMO, Excal is one of the top melee frames out there.

Radial Blind is one of the best forms of CC out there and stealth damage multipliers scale incredibly well so you can take out extremely high level enemies in less than a second.

Slash Dash is also super useful in closing the gaps between enemies and keep your combo counter going. I've reached about 700 on my combo counter and got like 3x damage, it's insane.

Does peeps even use Radial Javelin? Every Excal I see just uses EB and go to work. Slash Dash is an awesome skill. I love how it knocks down if it doesn't kill, leading to crazy finisher damages. His passive stacks well with mods like Pressure Point and Fury. The attack speed is insane. He really might just become my fav melee Warframe <3.

Nah Radial Javalin is a decent room clearer at low levels but it's useless once you get over level 30 enemies.

If you can, try and get the Body Count mod for melee.

It increases the combo counter countdown from around 5 seconds to 15 and trust me, it makes one hell of a difference. I honestly wish the combo counter had a 15 second countdown by default.

Alright I need some advice. Currently I have the Boltor, Kunai, and Dual Ethers. I'm Mastery Rank 4 and was wondering if there any weapons I should go for at rank 4? Boltor's great against Grineer since high puncture damage but god it has such low impact/slash damage that makes it a bit hard fighting Corpus and Infestation. Just wondering of any good alts at my rank. Secondaries and melees tips are much appreciated.

Try them all, your gonna have to in the long run either way so experimenting with weapons to see which fit to your liking is a wise idea. There arent any specificly amazing weapons. Well there are but all weapons are amazing when modded correctly, excpt that lame ass broncor or w/e its called.

I main Valkyr cuz shes a goddess, so I use dual ichors with her along with other weapons.

boltace is a great melee, i use it and just one hit kill anything if you slide and attack.

Latron is pretty powerful at low to mid levels but its a semi-auto weapon so take that for what you will.

Get to MR 6 ASAP so you can unlock the Soma.

Can I just stop and talk of how epic the Orokin Void theme is? Like I'm really engrossed when listening to the theme doing Void missions. Might download it tbh.

Did any of you guys view the Devstream?

Pretty much:
- Mag rework. It looks pretty awesome.
- Audio improvements.
- Developing new mini-quest for Sentiel system for new players.
- Archwing will have changes, but not priority.
- Looking into changing channeling dmg for different weapon classes to be specific for that particular weapon class.
- New free weapon coming for PC players to celebrate Warframe anniversary. It's called Dex Sybrais.
- They mentioned of Volt rework for next Dev Stream but said that some don't want Volt to be changed while others feel Volt need to be reworked to par with the other Frames.
- New melee weapon. Named yet to be chosen but it is a frozen hammer.

Few more but that's what I picked out outta the stream. Now excuse me while I build a Mag up <3.

DEX SYBARIS LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Mag rework looks fantastic as well, can't wait for Volt's rework.

Forgot to mention that the Dex will come to console players as well. Just not at the same time with PC players due to the different builds.

I believe when the Dex Sybaris comes out we'll get the 2 previous Dex weapons which are the Dex Dakras and Dex Furis.

But I ****ing love the Sybaris so having a free improved version of it would be absolutely amazing.

Its kind of a shame I sunk 4 forma into my regular Sybaris but oh well.

Dex Dakra is still really good, but not as good as Nikana Prime or Broken War.. If you're lacking a solid melee, these swords will spoil you.

Noob Question: Is there any other quests after you pass "Once Awake"? Been doing repeated quests or MP.

Yep, but they are unlocked after you do certain quests and reach certain levels of Mastery.

After the announcement of Volt rework I've been grinding specific Void missions to get his Prime parts..It's a pain but hearing Volt rework got me excited for him.

You should. It's insanely fun and when I got Excal, I didn't want to use nothing else but I have to so I can rank up my Mastery Rank :'(
