Ah, so it is from the 60's... because their school system is 50 years behind. Sorry for your hardships!

Well if you take any AP classes then it's definitely higher than a 4.0 which is the GPA of students who get straight A's in standard classes.

Well yeah I'm only a freshman but I'm in Honors English and AP Science

Wafflez 09-08-2011 05:09 PM

So if you have straight A's you probably have higher than 4.0

Cat612 09-08-2011 05:15 PM

Yeah, probably

Crono 09-08-2011 05:17 PM

Ya, during middle school my grades went down the crapper too.

Door 09-08-2011 05:37 PM

I finished high school with a 2.9 cumulative GPA, then finished college with 3.63.
My best semester was 3.93, so proud! :D

Aster 09-13-2011 02:54 AM

Graduated my university with Magna *** Laude. ....I wonder if that's censored. I don't remember what my high school gpa was.

PerfectDark 09-13-2011 02:57 AM

Hm... In my high school we are on Standards Based Grading.. I currently stand with a 3.0 on every standard which is a B in the standard grading system

Shaun 09-13-2011 03:12 AM

Pretty sure my bet is 4.6. Not 100% sure, although I am in AP Science and English (Writing and reading ftw) and get straights As.

My GPA lingers around the 3.7 mark, the lowest grade I have achieved was a B- in high school at least. However, I never really believed that grades were directly related with intelligence, but more along the lines of determination and sacrifice. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

MrSimons 09-24-2011 03:52 AM

My grades range A-B

Yeah, if you want to measure intelligence take an IQ test. Grades are mostly a measure of responsibility and perseverance.
