What are yall thoughts about auctions in general? (Like should we have them, or what should be sold, etc. Anything you can think of basically.)

Auctions should just be aesthetic stuff.

Not things that can actually do tons of damage.

In essence the ZC shop is the same as the auctions. So treat them the same.

I have been focusing on making auction items solely colloctables, meaning they won't be top tier stuff anymore

There's plans to improve the auction system in the future.

let's have an auction where it's not actually an auction and instead you can buy things for a set price. maybe on holidays.

Auction items are soo op.. Like the one steezy uses. I think its called pulse rifle? Idk. Its a greyish white gun thing. 10 dmg plus a higher rate of fire than rippers like wtf

Anyways, maybe do blind auctions that lasts a week per item?

You spend thousands of gralats and maybe even real money for a hat... Wow.

The pulse rifle is 7 dmg, just really fast. For now tho, im not focusing on auction stuff

Real talk; before nothing is ever done on this thread again- you should revamp the trade house.

Everyone just sits in the front.

So just add more seats in the front or make the floor all chairy.

Because we don't really need the 80 spaces after that.

Also; it's way too hard to press those pillars. The system is poop.

To get unique items nobody else has.

But people just get auction items to sell for ZC... Like defeats the purpose of the whole auction process on the part of the server.

Oh and notice how I said Unique.

We don't need to sell things multiple times.

It just defeats the purpose.

I don't like auctions either, but the future new auction system will be better :)

With that being said, what do yall think we should sell in auctions?

Skins, aesthetics stuff, for guns or for melees
or something.

Also make all auction items untradeable, Idc if I lose tons of profit, our trade system is already whack, I don't even know how much is my items anymore.

Why untradable?

Like I said, people just buy it for profits. That takes away the point of auctions.

Like even in real life you don't immediately sell a piece off after buying it.

Then there would be no point in the server auctioning it off if someone is just going to buy it for a definitive amount.

No. That's exactly what we never ever ever ever ever want to auction, ever. Classic and era re-use items, it's terrible.

Auction items also shouldn't be tradeable. It ruins the economy, and people should buy them to collect/use them, not to resell and make tons of ZC.

cant speak for era, but i cant think of any items classic has reused except for two hats that people kept trying to add to their heads

I know of a hat that was previously sold and they started using it as an event hat. I know of a group of previously event hats that have been sold in shops afterward. Seen that many times actually.

Really annoyed me, although I had people asking how I won the event hat that I bought years ago :P

Actually though, this is completely irrelevant but I'm going to forget to put it somewhere else, Zone should have a shop with like friend points/quest points(you know... If they ever make any...) filled with player made stuff that gets restocked very frequently. Because I liked that whole concept on classic. Like even without asking noobs for the points I got like an easy 30 cus I'm fancy.
