Loading Never

Since last week, it's been like this for me. Anyone else, or just me?

It just stays stuck there, doesn't matter how long I wait. Tried fb, skyrider, different browser, clearing cache, dns, etc.

I also sometimes get a "request timed out" message, but that one is rare.

Wolfie 03-31-2016 01:10 AM

Same thing whenever I go on pc. You're not the only one.

Aguzo 03-31-2016 01:15 AM

Could it be due to this?
http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...54#post1738454

I don't think it's that though, since I can get on mobile just fine.

Looks shady.

Maybe it could be from an anti-malware software on your computer? You could try putting Graal on your ignore list. I know I had to do that to get on my RC when I got my anti-malware program.

Wow... I disabled my anti-virus... and it actually worked...

Really didn't expect it to work, but I tried it just now. Couldn't get past loading, then I disabled my anti-virus. Boom, it worked.

Why do I have to disable my anti-virus in order to play though?

Because technology sucks. You should be able to put 'exclusions' on your anti-virus software so you don't have to disable it entirely.

There isn't any virus, don't worry. Just a page with the flash game. =o

What Anti-Virus program are you using? Some have a web protection feature that you can disable completely.

Thallen 03-31-2016 10:11 PM

You can just add it to your exceptions in whatever antivirus you use I'm sure

Isn't the main point of an anti-virus software is to protect against malware from websites. That would be how you would get a virus (most likely)

I use avast, so I disable for 10 mins, get on graal, then turn back on.

Kind of like disabling ad-block, to watch a video, then enabling to not see the rest of the ads in the video. (The CW)

But yeah, maybe avast has some sort of web protection. Kind of weird that it's only for graal though.

They mainly protect from phishing scams, I believe. Just don't be an idiot and you're fine.

If you did get malware from a website, your antivirus would deal with it.

Aguzo 06-23-2016 05:40 PM

It's happening again.

This time it's not my antivirus.
I can get on mobile.

Striken 06-23-2016 05:57 PM

Added to exceptions as well, still doesn't work, owell.

Yog 06-23-2016 06:09 PM

I think the FB client is having problems

Relic 06-23-2016 06:16 PM

Ya, flash client is down. Myself and several others I know can't get on right now.

Areo 06-23-2016 06:26 PM

They just said it's back up.

Lockdown 06-23-2016 06:33 PM

It's indeed working for me again.

4-Lom 06-23-2016 08:18 PM

Something else I find on PC is clearing the cache helps (if it's not a virus or server side issue). With general playability as well as unreasonably lengthy logging in times...
