Holy ****, that and GC were childhood games, but I don't play GC since it shut down and Elsword now, but props to you for reminding me about that :)

Recently redownloaded it but got a bit boring again. Rose is fun tho.

Are you sure you're reading your specs right?

@Senpai- I main Ara (Asura class, level 81) and Rose at level 70. Since Rose just came out and doesn't have a job class yet, I'm watching korean server gameplay and reading forums to see which class to go with for pve, Freyja seems good cuz of the added air mobility but Crimson Rose looks more fun tbh. I think ill wait a bit even after the job classes are released so i can see people use them in game. With Ara, I'm trying to get a grendized set and a perkisas mount lol.

@Alexmo- it doesn't take much to run it, and since its a free game you can just download it and try it out.

@Illusions- There's been a lot of updates and its became even more fun to play, and now would be a good time to download it because for the Rose release event they're giving out all kinds of goodies and aids for quick leveling. Also, if you've been off for more than a month, part of the event is made specifically for that and has some nice stuff.

Raven packs a punch but his hp drops all the way down with every overheat

I suck at managing hp, i don't think i could use him unless i buy a lot of recovery potions lol. Is raven the only person you use so far?

I still like my Sheath Knight..tho I'm a lvl away from getting him to IS. Geno, what's your IGN? I'll add. I also plan on making a Elesis since I just loved her so much in GC.

@xSupah- I have 2 accounts, my Ara acc is SleepyDMx and my Rose acc is SleepyXXX, i switch back and forth so add both. What level are you currently at?

I use a lot of the 100% mana and hp potions on every run.

Man some of the trade prices are ridiculous lol, in trying to get myself a last spear so i don't have to ever worry about it, but the cheapest anyones selling for are like 350mil :l and then the dragon mount are about 500mil. I might just buy item mall stuff and sell for ED

Dude Rose is fun. I played her back when I played DFO and I'm astonished with how KOG transitioned her so well to Elsword. Her moveset, job changes, weapons, animations, skills, etc are mostly from DFO and they made her a fun as heck character to play on both games. Kudos to them.

@xSupah, yeah dude, rose is an awesome character, and thats just he base class, I can't wait til the next classes come out, I'm gonna go with Crimson Rose since it looks the most fun. Do you do pvp, pve, or both?

Both man. I enjoy PvP with SK. Reina is fun too use as well. I need to get used to Rose and her different guns before PvPing with her.

I only pve, never been much of a pvp player besides with graal and a few other games, elswords pvp is too complicated for my tastes, i prefer straightforward pvp like graal or games where its just "choose your weapon, fight your opponent", not "add stats to this, don't do that, do that, max that, don't worry about that, sell your whole set for a new one, add attributes to that", too much to memorize lol.

With Rose, since shes already out on the korean server, you can find videos and see what her class gameplay is like, all of them are really different and revolve around a certain gun, personally im going with the crimson rose class because it seems the most fun to pve with, her kicks and regular gun moves are really nice and ive never been much of a special skill spammer, i prefer to just use the regular moves and use skills when needed. Also, all classes can destroy bosses easily, too easy imo lol. In regards to practicing, making sure your hits connect is more important with her since she has to be used with pace when shooting, trying to spam guns in pvp will do more bad than good.

I see what you mean. I spent a hour PvPing with Rose. Elsword PvP's system is ***. Not only does it match you against high lvls, theres also no balance. I just kept getting match up with so many high Elesis's, El's, Raven's, and Rose's. I had a few good matches with Rose's around my lvl. I would sometimes win and they will sometimes win. But the high levels? Forget about it. I just take my fingers off my keyboard.

Yeah idk why it does that, it should only match you up with people close to your level. And yeah, it does need a lot of work in general. Even Rose needs rebalancing if her final classes are gonna be the same as the korean servers, some of her skills are so incredibly cheap its a wonder on how they even got apporved. I might pvp in the future, but for now im just gonna focus on getting the items i want first

One recommendation is to just keep trying until you get better, that's what I did with GC, and no I'm not being sarcastic. Work to get that PVP Armor from the Arena or whatever, I don't remember, I haven't played GC or Elsword in months and don't plan on playing Elsword or GC since it's closed.

Yeah, you'll get a good sparring set for free by doing missions, but when you get up to high levels, you'll want to get a grendized set

Geno what you think of VoidEl? Have you ever tried it? Seems like since its private, it offers good features like unlimited stamina and faster levling than NA El. Might give it a download.

From what i saw on forums, the staff is gonna do another quick level up event since they kinda screwed this one up, i might make an Eve for this one since both of my characters are on lvl 83 already, idk yet tho, still deciding on my next character. Most likely Eve tho

No just a lot of grinding. I think the only thing that pisses me off is the B-slot skill set. Idk if it's tradeable and if it is I'm sure it's a lot of El but everyone mostly gets it from cash store. It not required for some chars but others it is. Other than that, I'm not so sure but i don't think.

Yeah its not pay2win, more like pay2getaheadfaster, you can get thru it as a free player easily but it just takes a while. And b slot medals are tradable, usually about 90-95mil on the board, read up on your character tho before buying it, if youll need it then buy it for sure, if not then id invest in something else unless you just want it. Also, reading forums will help you out so much in progressing and getting money.

Btw, yay got an endgame spear for ara, only cost 500mil

Oh so its confirmed, theyre doing another leveling event since they screwed up the first one, so if you have a low level character, you have a high chance of being able to jump them to near capped. I have two accounts so I'm gonna make an Eve on my main and maybe Raven or Luciel on my 2nd. You get a chance to reroll everyday so im gonna try to at least hit 70 on both to save some time.

gg back when i played this it only had 3 character choices, i think I'll download it again and play a bit and see how it goes.

Tomorrow theyre having the level up event where they give you two scrolls, one has a number on it which will put your level at that number (or if youre already past the level it gives you the amount of experience its worth, don't use this yet tho), and the other will be used as a "roll" to hopefully get a higher number, for example, i started with Rose, used the "mysterious scroll" without the number on it, and rolled a 65, which means that level 40 scroll changed to a level 65 scroll now, and i used the 65 one to jump to 65 from level 12. If you wanna skip most of the grinding, keep re-rolling until you get at least a level 65 scroll (you can also get lucky enough and get a 75). You get one reroll daily. Also, you get ONE PER REGISTERED EMAIL, SO LOG IN FIRST WITH THE PERSON YOU WANT TO LEVEL UP. Also, since this is one per email, if you want to level up two characters, you'll need another email. If you already have a capped character due to using one from the first go around, you might be able to level up your secondary character on the same email. This is based on assumption tho that theyre going by the same rules, i wouldnt even log in until the rules are 100% clear, but if you still want to log in make sure its with the person you want to level jump with.

Btw, Rose's 2nd class comes out sometime later this month, and the 3rd and 4th sometime in july.

So yeah, the scrolls went exactly as i described above. I made an Eve and Raven, both rolled 55-60 so im waiting till tomorrow and trying again, hopefully i get 70's lol
