Gift 4 gift
So I got a suggestion because basically every g4g is a scam you give them a gift then get blocks but I got a suggestion to stop it. You know during Easter how they have the egg trading you can trade and egg for an egg you pick an egg they pick an egg then bam you can accept or not instead of egg just do that with gifts it will make it so player won't get scammed. I know there is secret Santa but you can only do it like 10 times a day and it takes about 5-15 min to get my gift. Or this won't be added cause dusty likes his secret Santa $10 gift money :3 I know I like having a secret Santa but I just don't like being scammed or seeing people be scammed thanks for ready bye :3 well time to go get gralats almost to my 50k XD

I think the idea of gifting was more for your friends rather than trading with randoms so there isn't some sort of system in place

imo it makes it more fun meeting people and talking to them rather than just sending them a gift trade request, I've met so many nice people because of the trust system.

^ and I have met so many greedy people but the only person I've ever met that I didn't get scammed from was from 2 years ago I've spent about 15k on scams I have like a full list of scammers

The idea is about gifting not receiving. Adding the same trade system that exists for Easter contradicts that idea. People do g4g with others knowing the risk of getting scammed and get pissed when it happens because of greed. Then there's secret Santa if you really want something back

After reading Howl's post. True. So i don't want just trade that u can put 10 gifts in and fill 500 in no time. Prob 2-3 at max. And other person can leave it empty or add a gift back with a message

I'd say not to change it, partly because it's part of Christmas like others have said with giving and not expecting to receive anything in return.
My main reason, however, is that it's pretty entertaining to see people rage about getting scammed. Not that I wouldn't rage as well if it happened to me. |

if graal really wants christmas to be christmas. let us select the gifts and limit the total gifts to 50, 1 gift per each person.
right now, what i see in graal is just a business. which im not against. so either discourage scammers or improve it. don't say stuff like 'its at ur own risk' or 'use secret santa', when secret santa limits 10 per day. for casual users like me with 40 gifts. it's like NP. but sympathizing with bu who gaveaway tons of gifts after maxing out and he wrote a status about how he feels bad that noobs who got scammed. just gotta support him. |
