honest opinions about graal classic quests

As a late 2013 player, I began to notice a string of things that really striked my curiosity- For example, there are several texts in certain areas mentioning the Gnomes and their homeland (a hammer, them holding a tear of hera, etc). As a player of exploration, I want to see what those caves look like! I want an engaging string of quests and sidequests that'll take me a week or two to complete, each one with their own unique beauty and mechanics! I would want something that I can be proud of, something that I can look back and say "That was amazing!"

I know the team is working on other things, but at least acknowledge what I have said. Thanks.

That was a fetch quest, not a 'do a thing to cause the fate of this to happen' quest like I originally said.

Not even AAA Zelda has quests that take weeks to complete.

I mean, I SEE where you're coming from, but I still want at least hours of my time spent on doing quests that had thought put into them.

The Flippers ARE a useful item, yes. And the Mask Shop permanently opens after that, so I GUESS it changes the game, but not majorly.

Not sure how far Classic currently is, but it just had small quests to open areas, such as the scarf one.

My memory isn't perfect, but I remembr the addition to that cave near york town and the railway remake, which added more quests and player activities. Some year (s) later, that city has been added with a firefigher house.

Aaaaaaaanyway, the point is that Classic wants to release more levels and activities, which turns updates slow (quality>quantity of time) and when it is released, it won't take long to finish it. Not even water diving toke long to get all items available. The problem are we players that already did everything and want more, mainly because we started early and did nost of the things.

But I do agree that it is disappointing to see story lines of possible updates and in the end, they disappear together with the NPCs dialogues.

new guild system sounds like a big quest [emoji14]

I totally agree with that. An example to back it up further is the desert next to Destiny. So many NPCs talk about it, like how the winds are too strong and if only there was something to weigh you down, but it's never really developed any further as it is, as it's only left there to sit and go to waste like leftover Chinese takeout.

That analogy though

Well we could have daily dungeons and you get items from them one some could be multiplayer and it could work like 4 swords adventures but eh its a dumb idea

That stuff all happened. Ages ago. This server is about the peace and quiet that everyone gets to enjoy after the world was saved.

And then there's Destiny. Burnt houses, anyone?

There was a war that ended. The entire environment of Classic is that after a series of conflicts and wars that happened, there is finally a sense of peace in the world. Destiny is in the process of being "rebuilt" (hence the firefighters that put out the fires and fight the lizardons).

So the endless PK wars and towering raids are peaceful?

Look at all these social "players" begging for new quests, lol

They'll realize soon that anything other than spar is irrelevant and thus their opinions are not worth anyone's time.

I actually would like to do quests, instead of sparring every day because it bores me after awhile. It's true that sparring is actually the best way to make you a pro player here, but some people just prefer to play graal for fun, instead of the competition.

I, myself can't actually spar more than 1 hour since it will be awfully boring for me (That's probably the reason I could never reach 20k wins hahaha)

But, how about a quest where you must fight an NPC programmed to fight you like a sparrer? (It's kind of impossible to make, but why not ?)

A quest where you must win a spar is fine too.

Actually, that would be a fun quest!

There could be some sort of world tournament in which other 'players' would spar each other in, each with their own level of difficulty as you progessively climb up the ladder, and your goal is to defeat the arena champion and win the tournament.

If it also had some kind of character development as well, like the arena champion being a cheater of some sort, or having a rival that would get on your nerves (a lot) and making you want to defeat him, I would love to complete such a quest even more.

In hindsight, this would be great to do!

Not another one of these threads asking people what the purpose of things are and how to get to them or why can't they when in reality no one actually knows so people should just stop asking.

Foreigners would dominate, no.
