Is this place planned to actually open? Is it a new event shop? Or is it another one of those things that never had a use, Such as: half of Destiny, The sign above Mod, The Circus,A lot of doors,Those shacks in swamp,Snow town,Everything else in Graal.

Definitely a new building, not sure what it'd be.

It's pretty unpredictable if you consider crescent updates, think of it like crab chance, give it some time. Though people is right about the tent and the dessert area eastern destiny.

I just created a meme. O.o

We obviously didn't have time to add any actual content to the northern expansion. It was created from scratch in literally two days based on an area that existed in past iterations of Classic. Since it's based on past iterations, there were caves, houses and such that existed that we couldn't fill. I did remove most of the buildings that we couldn't fill in any sort of reasonable time, but we do have plans for that house.

...what does placebo have to do with this?

I think the non draisin required bandit area should be put in the caved in place thats above onnet.

When bats get re-added they could also go here but I don't know.

Also, when crabs get re-added they could go in some underwater cavern in destiny or somewhere not sure.

I guess you can just add more buildings later if you want to.

It's a newly discovered area after all so construction work takes time

Maybe I am wrong but I have this strange memory of that building, when people would glitch to visit "Nimda" (York Town today) I once ended in that place and I remember it as a messed up abandoned bank that was full of water. This was like 6 years ago though and I was only there for seconds.

A shop managed by a rebel soldier on the northern expansion perhaps like a hatshop. With baddy themed hats. Baddy helm,spider hat, etc..

It’s a great area for some bounties though, I do my green blob bounty and spider bounty in that new area and it’s really helped spread people around so it’s not as congested in older areas

And if you ever gotta modify the area.... just claim it was a nasty earthquake :D

I feel like when the pyramid would be added it would be some kind of desert-themed shop with expensive items. The rest the the desert would be empty except for that cave on the far right but it would probably have a few chests in it.

Maybe some lizardons would be scattered about.
