New mount effect
 

I recently noticed ground mounts make dust (I think that's what it is) particles behind them as they travel! What are everyone's thoughts on this?

I have mixed feelings about it, but its a nice touch :) (though I thought it was a fart or stink effect at first sight, maybe turn up the opacity?)

And now that we're on the subject I guess I'll report that dismounting your mount makes the previously made dust disappear

I think it's awesome. But the last part regarding the particles isn't really that big of a deal. I didn't even notice it disappeared until you mentioned it lol

I actually don't like the dust effect it looks like there is comming smoke out of my turtle mounts ass

it looks odd for some mounts probs but overall its a really cool idea

I like it too. Just concerned about lag issues.

Haven't seen evidence of this on PC... does it only work on certain terrain?

I don't think it appears on pc. It shows on iDevice for me.

Everything is wrong with the pc version. I think the skyriders music should be changed to what is on mobile devices.

Yeah! Now all we need to have to make the server complete is a fart, burp, and clap gani! (and cloud effects for hover mounts ;D)

Meh.. the new effect makes it seem like all of Graal is dusty af. Maybe instead of just dust kicking up, they could have made it more consistent with the environment. For example.. the mounts could kick up small blades of grass on green fields, sand and dirt on beaches and dirt roads, tufts of snow on snowy areas, etc.

Personally I don't like it, as it makes my pug look like it's got a farting problem. It doesn't!
