It's a constant cycle of new accounts. The same idiots do this again and again... they get banned, grab a new email, make a new account, and do it again ten minutes later.

If you message them back, especially with something negative, it'll just attract their attention. Just block as soon as they message, and keep blocking any alt accounts they message from.
