Account access revoked, now account no longer exists?
 

I went to log into graal today, and it said, "Your account access has been revoked, please re-indentify" so I went to do that, and it says that there is no account associated with my email, anyone ever have this happen?

Was idling for like 4-5 days straight maybe that got me in trouble? haha

This happens, Actually way more than ever. Happened to me once. Got acc back and lost items. I even sent a video with me with 2 of the items on my acc that I was WEARING to toonslab. Idk what more hardcore evidence you need when it was clearly me in the video. But never got it back.


So when or if you get your acc back. Expect missing items. And don't expect them back.

What'd you do to get it back? I submitted a support ticket is there any other steps i should take?

You're screwed. Same thing happened to my account for no reason. And to this day, I could never access it again

Doesnt "revoked access" mean your account is locked to one specific device? I there is / used to be a setting on the identify page that can toggle on/off

You’re likely taking what he is saying too literally.

Also, the punishment does not fit the crime. Considering most people who hack do not have their account taken away, regardless; they are normally just banned. It does not make sense.

? I literally mean that I let my account stay on all the time, usually in the "Reconnect" screen, but I don't actually think that was the reason. It was a joke.

Same thing happened to primetime. Hasn't had his main for a few years now.

Toonslab won't help you, so yeah rip

Hello Zideuric.First of all, i wish you luck in getting your account back, because youre going to need it if you expect anything helpful from the abysmal iclassic support system. It seems like not only has the toonslab support site ceased to read or respond to tickets, it also seems like devs and GPs have sorta given up on trying to help in these situations.
I’ve lost two accounts in my time playing iClassic. One from 2012 and one from 2015. I didnt get any type of help or even an official response with both. The latter, (my 2015 account) was lost in a similar manner to yours. Tried logging onto graal, and it kept giving a weird message. Later on I tried logging onto graal again from a new device and when i tried to identify, it told me there was no email attached to this account. I tried “Create account” to see if it would put me into the account but to no avail. I believe something similar happened to pt, with his 40k win account.
I wish i could help you, cause if im not mistaken you’re referencing an account with 20k wins and items youve probably had for awhile. It probably sucks to lose it, but the best you can do is contact all staff you possibly can about it, keep this thread bumped and hope for the best. I hope you can get your account back quickly and without any difficulties. Good luck agaib.

This happened to me in 2014, I had to create a new account, but in April just of curiosity, I tried logging back in and it let me. But now those items are stuck there, so kiss all of your items goodbye if you still cannot get into the account. Or make a new one and see where you go from there is all I can really say.

Something like 11k-3k and a ton of hats, 8-10gst hats and a bunch of hats and items i bought with real money.

Pretty sure it's gone though, and I know from past experience that the support ticket will go unanswered. So if a mod would like to close this thread that would be great.
