Gralats Pack 3 Isnt Working
I recently bought Gralats Pack 3 for 27500 gralats. It said it has given me all 27500 gralats but when i looked i still had 312 gralats only. I read in the help section to send you guys the email receipt but i didnt receive one... so i supposed it just lagged and i just had to re purchase it. But THEN, i looked at my iTunes credits and it had taken off 10$.
What going on? Did i buy Gralats pack 3 but its just not working at the momeny? 0.o or did it just lag and confuse all the money paying programs thingy. *BTW: i didnt email this because gmail wont open up for me right now* *USERNAME: Alpha1711, my gang is (Vain Camp) |

Try to contact SNK and give him your PC ID. Maybe he can look that up. Else send the reciepe to him (I think its [email protected])

Send your receipt to [email protected] with the email on your account or your pc #. If you don't have a receipt you should receive one within the next few days.

Yes. You should have a reciept if you've had money deducted. If not, you'll have to contact Itunes.

Usually, if you didn't recieve your In-App purchase, taht means money wasn't deducted from your iTunes account. Apple understands that games aren't always made perfectly, and that sometimes they glitch, and that this may happen when someone is making an In-App purchase. Apple gets complaints about this all of the time, and that's why they set up necessary precautions. If money WAS removed from your iTunes account then you should focus on contacting Apple about the issue, if you have valid proof.
