Please link me to Graal's Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or Licensing Agreement. Or Can anyone link me to Eurocenters Licensing Agreement or Privacy Policy.
For Graal Classic, Era, and Zone. Thank you. I have googled everywhere and even on Era Go, and searched these forums for all of the wanted agreements above and could not find ANY OF THEM I could not find any legal Decouments having to do with Eurocenter or Graal whatsoever anywhere I looked. I am in need of these documentations to settle an argument, Thanks for the help if you know the locations of such content Don't troll post here please. Ty. |

Also, Some players who play a game ACTUALLY read the ENTIRE user agreement, not everyone is like you man and just scrolls to the bottom and clicks "I accept the terms of use and conditions" without even understanding the first 3 sentences. |
I almost feel like graal should have users agree to the terms of agreement on their first startup or on a update. That way people officially know the rules when they start playing the game. I mean, a lot of games, and even apps are incorporating this (for other reasons). But it probably would be helpful.

I'll use Graphics as an example because Levels, Scripts, etc. are more so useless out of Graal context. But ownership of Graphics solely belong to the artist, UNLESS 1) Paid for or given proper compensation for labor (Usually a contract or wage) 2) Given expressed consent or donation, via physical or verbal documentation, to hand over ownership interests. (Check marking a User Agreement or such does NOT give Graal owernship of your property) 3) The Graphics itself are plagiarized and copyrighted, of which nobody can claim for commercial purposes Because Graal is using YOUR graphics for commercial purposes, i.e. to make money, YOU the artist have a right to take your graphics away if you want. There is NO "blanket" agreement, especially one that consists of check marking a User Agreement or Policy, that can strip you of ownership of your intellectual property. Graal can try to sue you for taking your graphics but unless you've been paid or given expressed consent, it is your property. The reason nobody has ever had a fight with Graal over this, is because graphics are usually made by teenagers that have no purpose for their stuff other than leaving it on Graal. |
@tzp But what I said doesn't disagree with you. I also don't think your post will get deleted, it's informative and not harmful in any way.

Yeah.. everyone who says that "Graal owns/has rights to anything uploaded to it" has been lied to and is just spreading a false rumor. You can take your content with you wherever you want to outside of Graal, even if it was made using Graal's engine. I feel like that whole rumor was started back when Graal's source code and content we're being stolen and used for other projects and the rumor was spread as a sort of "crowd control".. but it's completely false.
