iClassic is more friendly-adaptable...
iEra is more gang-like warfare...

If you're a casual-average fan, you'll most likely go with iClassic..
If you're a average fan, try them both and see which one you'll like..
If you're a average-hardcore fan, you'll most likely go with iEra..

Depends on your taste for gameplay..

I think the best one is the one you loved and played first.

yup, i played era about 850 hours now and i just cant stick on to classic

I like that Era has content but I started on Classic so I just cant leave for Era.

I started on classic, but I like era more. There's just more stuff to do, less grinding as well :o

I like era because the classic control is only 4 buttons but era is a wheel.
And I find classic confusing because era has a very descriptive map unlike classic..

I started on iClassic before iEra, and I just have no motivation to be a noob on iEra and work up. I don't like how hard it is to get gralats on iEra, and I hate that there are multiple weapons.

that it's way easier to make money on era and that there are more weapons.

Really? Well, now i think they're about even. It was a pain in the butt for me, when I tried to get shells and stuff, it took two hours for me to get a couple hundred gralats.

Sorry, but Era has absolutely no signs of intelligence, even on the Graalian forums. Classic at least has kids who can speak properly.

eras alright though.. im kinda not used to the gun thing so all my pks are from my knife/starter dagger.. not sure what its called.

Classic has a bunch of 5 year olds but Era has a bunch of angry kids... This is a hard one.

I personally play era. Classic is more for a casual player who can play a few minutes here and there, and era is more for the hardcore gamer. I played both for 300+ hours and decided I like era more. Most of my graal friends moved to Era, so I started a gang for us. It has grown more than I thought it ever would, so now i definitely wont be abandoning my gang to return to classic.

Untrue. I don't think you've played iClassic enough.. There are players like EP that dedicate all of their Graal time to PKing.. and as a result, have 340k+ PKs. If that's not hardcore gaming, maybe the sparrers with 30k+ wins would count as "hardcore gaming".

And I play both games. I find Era more fun for "gaming", and I find Classic more as a social network to talk with friends, show off graphic art (uploads seem a LOT more prominent in iClassic than iEra), etc. I wouldn't say one is technically "better" than the other, just that they were created and are used for different purposes.

I have to completely agree with this. Which is why I tend to ignore the imbeciles, and hang out with players who at least have some kind of brain. iClassic undoubtedly has a better community. But as for server quality, I would have to go with iEra.

You may think that iClassic has the better community but, in my opinion, iEra has a more involved and spirited community. This probably explains why iEra got more votes than iClassic for the top iOS mmo of the year. Also there is a numerous amount of people on iEra who can have a civilized and mature conversation. You can't just base the thought process and communication skills of a whole community off of a few random 11 year olds running around with ak47s.

When I visit era around the same time announcements was spammed telling players to go vote while on classic only nyn did so on his radio show and 2-3 announcement. Besides it doesn't take skills to run around shooting a ranged weapon And spamming frags for multikills

Well damn, someone seems mad. I didn't even say anything about whether the game takes skill or not. Also you went on once and you say they constantly spammed? I can tell you that they hardly ever announced it. Snk just put it in the news and he offered an incentive if we make it in the top 3. I don't know why your getting agitated over me bring up the vote and if it was up to me I'd say that you sound a little jealous. I wasn't saying iEra was better than iClassic because we won the vote; I was saying that iEra's community takes more of an initiative and that they get more involved.

Yes promising players freebies to get on top mmo is the best way to go :) wait what is classic jealous of? Kinda weird that classic is the top earning graal server and has many more players. Just to make it even more clear I wonder how many players buy gralats pack on era ?

If you actually read my previous posts you'll see that I didn't say that iClassic players are jealous that we won; I'm saying you seemed a little jealous because the way you reacted. I didn't bring up the mmo vote to say that iEra was better; I simply just brought it up to show brooze and garretty that iEra had a good community.
Now in regards to the rest of your post, I think the freebies had hardly anything to do with us winning. It's called offering players consistent and quality updates all year rather then just "a new morph has been added to onnet town" or "5 new hats have been added to snowtown". At least iEra players purchase gralat packs to buy things they can actually use like weapons; iClassic players use gralat packs to buy pointless things like morphs. The good thing for us is that we aren't solely dependent on gralat packs thanks to the 10 or so jobs we have to earn gralats; while it's almost impossible to make more then 2k and hour on iClassic thanks to the now ****ty farming system. As for the player count, iEra has 900 players on average compared to iClassics 1200 average. Bravo, 300 extra kid standing outside burger refuge saying "rate my gp" or "looking for Gf". I'm not saying players on iEra don't do that but we have fewer of them.

Classic has been around much longer than era, more time to rack up players. And currently I believe Era has a rising player count as Classic has a falling one.

Hmm let's see do you get free wifi at home or data plan? Hosting a server cost money therefore graal runs on many servers. I know it may seems selfish but it s how most free mmorpgs runs these days they limit the best content but still provide their service for free. Not sure why everyone is upset at how graal is in the same method of things. Graal is also a 2d mmo reason the options are so limited and stuff such as customization is reason it cost what it is.

You may say classic been around way longer but actually not the content, era uses most stuff from era pc such as graphics scripts and what not they had a better boost of things, classic on the other hand started from fresh and used just the levels of classic pc. Don't get me wrong about era but honestly npcs like cars/guns/events and what not been transfer over to the iPhone server. They did make new stuff after if there is any but I don't play much so I won't know but I do see the stuff I mention above. So it's not that era been doing a lot better at things it's just they used over the same content as before that been on pc server since 05 .

Actually no, iEra doesn't borrow scripts and what not. I mean sure the gmap is the same and there are some things from era Pc like a few of the jobs but the iEra staff team has worked jar to bring unique quality content every week. If you would actually play iEra a bit you would see that there are thing iEra has that Pc doesn't have and vise versa.

Did you even read ? I said yes they may have some new content if there are any but the majority of stuff is old era.

Mining, shell digging, cars and a few events. Don't even talk about the weapons they all the same and even if new ones are added its just graphics and a simple change in script for distance and damage. The major stuff that's on era iPhone that has all players hyped about it ATM is on era pc. I don't see nothing new really besides adding a classic sword as melee which was already on era. I'm pretty sure if you knew about scripting and graphics you will have a different opinion. If you can list a few of the unique stuff they release era pc is still up to compare :)
