please add an "other" gender on the character creation menu. you could even add an other gender choice with a text box that opens when you click it where you can enter ur gender. ormaybe you can just have a text box where the gender choice are, add your own?

i want this to express gender for self description and for making accurate RP profiles

We've been through this before. The answer is, was, and should always be no.
Not because I think that people are stupid for identifying as whatever gets them the most attention, but because this is a childs game and there is no reason to force that upon kids.

i think gender is just what you think about yourself as a person like how a lot of people think being male or female is who they are as a person....but what do you think graal is saying by even wanting people themselves identify as male or female

Most people use this game as a way to escape from real life. To drag political and social agendas to graal is not fair. And considering most of the audience of the game is from the ages 10-15 (from what I’ve seen), I don’t believe it also in their best interest to be introducing something as unhealthy as gender dysphoria to them.
I can understand wanting to RP. However, the game does not have races (such as elves, orcs, etc.) that other MMOs provide. Thus, it something like gender complications should also be kept to PM.

I’m a white man, but I’m just going to say I’m black for now on. So I’m now an African-American. I have a *****, but you know what, I’m actually a female. Probably the most ignorant thing i’ve ever heard. If you think gender is what you classify yourself as, you just are mentally handicapped.

I dont necessarily believe Graal would force anything on kids by implementing a text-box-gender setting, I believe the issue would stem more from the people utilizing the function. Once again, this is a CHILD's game. What I think Graal is saying by not having 99+ different genders to choose from, or the lack of a text box is that what you identify as is completely irrelevant to any aspect of gameplay you will every experience. Your nationality, what language you speak, and whether you are male or female impacts your gameplay more than any petty gender selector you could ever desire.
I'd appreciate it if you rewrote the second half of your first paragraph in a form literate human beings can read and interpret, because I cannot make any sense of what you tried to say.

Most I’d support is an option to hide your gender since it shouldn’t really matter what kind of gender you are on a game to interact with people

But have you seen men (This is mostly a man issue, sometimes women but far more rarely than men) where men look like females in graal? What do I call them if i don't know if they are a man or a female when introducing friends to them? "hey this is my friend he is named blabla" then if it's a woman, I look like a douchebag, if i say SHE and it's a man, I'm still a douchebag, If I take the more offensive route and say IT, Then I'm more of a douchebag. The line of identifying a woman and a man in graal is getting ridiculously thin

I don’t think a text box would be a good thing, it would be another extra thing for the staff to keep a lookout for. People are obviously gonna put inappropriate stuff in there, and either way, if you are thinking about putting what you identify as, they probably couldn’t tell if you are serious about identifying as an attack helicopter or not.

As a member of (LGBTQ plus) I support it. Talking to a lot of these kids, Graal is their only safe-space and place where they aren’t afraid to be themselves even if we all think it’s weird. I personally believe there is only one gender Male (females are basically irrelevant), but I also don’t mind if someone on Graal wants to set their gender as something they came up with after face smashing their keyboard, as for young children and teenagers it’s important they have a space where they can be them selves and not be afraid. I wrote this somewhat jokingly but I actually do support it, I met someone on Graal a few years ago in this situation and they talked about how much they liked Graal because of the fact they didn’t have to hide who they thought they were because Graal is like a second-identity.

I understand a fair amount of people think it’s weird (I do) but these people already have their minds set so there’s no harm in adding an “other” option IMO, I mean it’s not like gender on Graal even means anything to the normal person so there’s no reason to be bothered by it

on one hand, believing you are part of another gender other than what you were born as is literally classified as a mental disorder and i don’t think we should be promoting this or exposing children to this.
