I was thinking it could be for pirate day? I know they never linked nexus to any real life events before, but since its been left ‘late’ and pirate day is coming up, it would be cool. Plus, they already did the cowboy one many years ago...so why not?

And if not pirates, then underwater? Or maybe pirates will be linked in.

That sounds awesome, it's just a couple of those simple themes that they haven't done yet. I know the underwater theme is brought up every year, and the pirate thing is a pretty creative twist. (also I gifted you whatever those point things are, have fun with whatever they do)

Nexus is not opening yet because of the swamptown update and the amount of content that they’ve made for the new swamptown update is equal to the amount of content nexus would generally have.

If nexus is going to open this year I’m guessing November?
October has Halloween and December has Christmas.

This is sort of along the lines of what I'm thinking is happening too. And thinking of it as a "game developer/producer" (I guess that's the term?) I completely understand this. Opening part of swamp now gives them time to work out glitches and see some public opinion, while still working on nexus. It will also fill the servers until the end of the year. But the consumer part of me is upset that they didn't push the swamp opening back. That part of me sees it as them biting off more than they could chew. They only opened half of swamp, and there are still loads of issues with the part that they didn't open (a.k.a the auction house). It would have been, in a way, to hold back and give a finished product. Anyways sorry that was way too serious and way too much of a rant but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Welcome to Classic where most of the developers now have full-time jobs and no reasonable way to pass on the skills to anyone else. Honestly I'm surprised Classic still manages to get some actual content updates at all.

The skill of making graphics can only do so much on its own, and in the entirety of the Graal community only a handful still know how to proficiently script and the same goes for level designers. It's a shame but this is something that was going to happen eventually. Proprietary language gated behind a paywall and out-of-date tools from 20 years ago that no longer work on the current Windows OS does not make for a self-sustaining development field. I consider Classic lucky in the development force it still manages to have despite the aforementioned circumstances.

Honestly there isn't much that appeals to me personally in this Nexus... But I must admit there are some good looking graphics!


Is the cat and rat burglar thing a quest or what? It's currently broken on PC with the inside tiles.

People have been digging there since it opened, and no, there isn’t anything. Yet.

They’ll probably sell the furniture later on like they have done before.

Why? I kinda love the theme, yes there could maybe be many more things to add such as more secret rooms, 2p mounts etc. But why is most of yall dissapointed?

Really like a lot of the art that has been made for this nexus. I'm not really into superheros though so I probably won't be buying anything.

Also is there a morph to turn your player small like in that one portal? i think that would be pretty cool to sell.

Bnha hats are pretty cute. Wondering when the Graal Man hat will be fixed side view wise, it fits literally no ones head unless their neck exists.

I like the theme a lot too, don't get me wrong, just think it's just missing some things

The theme is lame to me, but the graphics are what I hate. Most of the hats are just godawful.

And the magazine rack, chairs. Tables, displays, bar tables, glass box (has flame mask inside), random crates, loot bags, etc....

Yes the crates would be amazing as furniture also I want that All Might poster

Other than that I’m planning on buying nothing from this Nexus :(

The theme is alright that theres, but it would have been better if theres a shoujo magical girls room since it does count as superhero category like adding Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura,Puella Magical Madoka, etc.

Agreed, this wouldve been a great chance for an anime type convention vibe, people wouldve bought more I know I wouldve. But in the end it was lackluster, and since its nexus itll never happen again so rip their chances.

Glad I'm not the only one who felt like this Nexus was pretty lackluster.
I don't care much about the themes, graphics for hats are ok except for that flame hat.
The morphs are the lamest morphs I've ever seen in Graal.
Some of the things that looks pretty good are the tileset, and the All Might painting in the BnHA themed room, but those aren't even for sale.

The wig is new and the wand is new and fits the magical girl theme, I’m not sure if there is more or not though.
