Head Removed
 

About 7 months (not sure about the exact time, but < 1 month since the custom GFX system came into effect) after the upload. Honestly, I'd like to know the motivation/motive behind this. Why all of a sudden, so long after it had been accepted, they refunded me.

Post the head, post the file name. There's thousands of heads; "my head" is meaningless.

Wouldn't it just be more worthwhile to re-upload it again? besides, the file is most likely gone, unless I can dig it out of an email as I've cleaned out my cpu.

If it's the one with glasses, the glasses are the reason, they were a hat on era and are now considerred a hat on classic

I've had this happen to me twice I logged on and had a message saying my head was deleted and 10,000 refunded. First I didn't get 10,000 at all an second there was an empty head spot in my list where my head should have been. I reported it months ago never got fixed or got a reply on how to fix it. Makes no difference now since it happened months ago.

Happend to me too. I got a message, which said my head got removed while i was offline and i havent got refund either. I still have this white empty spot in my head list.

yeah, same happened to me i got message but didnt get refunded and have empty spot in heads.But mine was like months ago. :/

I told stefan at the time he said to email him about it, i did and never heard back from him so just forgotten abwt even trying to get refund back cause' its been so long. Glad this came up inaway thought i was the only one lol

Wait so you can't upload heads with glasses?

That's kinda shooting customization in the head. If you're going to pay nearly $10 in real life you should be able to have glasses with about having to pay even more.

Do you get the normal amount of gralats that u get if u refund an upload when an admin refunds it?

You get half the upload cost back. So if they refund your head, 10k.

And yeah I've had the same thing happen once, get a head deleted and not get the refund back (although they had good reason to delete mine lol)

Original Poptart head got refunded, but I got 20k back which is really good... and I'm posting on Simons account because he didn't sign out... damn you...

Exactly, it isn't even fair for my head to be removed. People wear glasses in real, why not be able to customize my avatar with them? And I completely agree, with 10$ in gralat packs to upload a custom head, we should obviously be able to upload heads like these with a few accessories.

Having a head removed after having it for months isn't fair in my opinion. If you've had it long enough you should be able to keep wearing it.

This. As well, I've seen countless people with "ninjamasks" on their mouths, thats an accessory, no? There are people with bows and still people with glasses. GG UNFAIR

That bug of not receiving gralats was in effect for me too..

I can use the head on the facebook server, but it shows up as the noob head on the normal server.

Are you saying that because staff don't notice you have had a head breaking one of the upload guidelines after a long period of time it should be okay that its broken some rules? That doesn't sound right to me. :unsure:

That's what I'm saying. Maybe with an exception of extreme copyright material. However, if it was something like a mask, glasses, headphones, etc. I think it should be okay.

To be honest, this is a valid argument for the accessory on your head. However, lots of other people cannot have glasses and such on their heads because it takes the place of a similar hat. I am on your side, Rezon, but I can see where both points come from. If I were you, I would email a Player Relations staff about it. (Including the head, unless you can't find it, in which case there really is no way you can get it back anyway...)

Actually, on this server, Graal Police also fill the position of Player Relations for some reason, so I would take the next step and email PWA, Xor. He can give you a definite answer. Maybe asking the person who removed it would be a better option, but unless you know who did it, the option is not available... Xor is your best bet.

EDIT: Actually, I still see some people with the same glasses on their heads! Pretty unfair.
