The Gatling Gun.
 

Hey everybody! I was just fooling around on iera when this idea just came to me. What if a gatling gun was added? This could be a very interesting gun. It would have an incredible amount of damage, but it would be almost stationary and have some kick to it. Anyways, if any of you are interested in this idea, give me a shout out. I also made a quick graphic for it. First gun I've ever made (or designed) haha...

Nice graphic, though the handle is a little weird.

Would be cool to have this in-game, but to buy it, it should cost shells so you can't use mom's credit card to have an unfair advantage. It should have high damage but be inaccurate, large clip but long reload, and slow your player to 0.6-0.8 speed(0.4-0.2 when firing) to be balanced.

Isn't the death machine already made on of era? But nice graphic nonetheless.

I was thinking of more along the lines of kickass the flying suit with the 2 Gatling guns lol.

Cool gun, looks way better than the era pc gun just i think snk said there will be no minigun because it would have to be powerful and fast like one, and would be too unfair to play, same reason why snipers are a nono aswell.

Nice graphic. Looks a bit like the Osiris minigun that was added briefly a while ago, but since that was removed not sure if this will come to pass. *calls on itzsam to provide the icon because he seems to have all of them*

We already have a gatling gun with way too much damage, automatic, expensive, and low mobility. Most people on iEra call it the BAR.

Wonderful graphic though, it looks amaaazing.

Except for the part where it's not actually a Gatling gun, but an automatic rifle, right? Automatic does not mean Gatling

I like big guns, you have more space for detail, might try one.

Gatling guns may be fast and powerful, but they move slow. True, if you had a gang with, let's say, 5 members, all wielding gatling guns, or even duals, it'd be impossible to get past a single door. But no one's to say that the stats have to be realistic. I think the players can agree that a gatling gun that shoots 1 or 2 bullets per second, and freezes, and has crappy strafe is still good enough, right?

That's called the artillery cannon lol. And btw who do we have to kiss up to that we can help test new guns? That just an admin privilege I guess? Sad :(

Players aren't allowed to test out the guns as that would be unfair to the rest of us :(

Some fat machine gun already exist at Era PC, well made but it doesn't really look like a graphic for iEra.

I believe a flamethrower was on PC era. I think it would create a Madlag on iEra.

If they did make that, I'd think It would:
* Have Low damage, maybe 5 or 6
* Have a Verry fast fire rate
* Be Stationary
* Have Low accuracy

I like the idea but. Can you imagine a whole gang with gatling guns? Era basing would be corrupt! Tho idc about basing ;)! But id love ti shoot ppl down with a gun like so! Tho it would be un-realistic if we moved our normal rate with such a heavy thing .__.! this game isnt even realistic so who gaves a faq! >:D lets do it!

RPG!!!! I figured that in PC era, RPG does massive damage. I think it was more than a neo rifle. 45 damage!!! Direct hit.

I dont see what the difference would be from an RPG and the AC. Besides look they'd basically do the same thing, except maybe give the RPG 1 more damage. If that's the case then I give up basing because an AC at BH or BBZ is practically like a tank just shooting down all the little soldiers that approach the walls.

Make artillery cannon more of a grenade launcher. RPG will deal massive damage but in sacrifice for a 1 clip magazine.

So are you talking about lowering the AOE for the AC, or the RPG?

But the RPG uses rocket stuff, not dam small bullets... LOL. then u gotta buy liked a pack of 5 rockets or so. right? :o

You do know RPG stands for "Rocket Propelled Grenade," don't you? Its not strictly just "rocket stuff."
