Surviving PC Era
 

Dear Graalians of Era:
I here to tell you of of to survive PC Era for those who downloaded PC Graal. I making this because most people from iEra wanted to play/ started to play PC Era and I making them aware of the following situations:
1. Do NOT say you come from iEra:
-The players say iEra sucks
-They start caling you a noob (gameplay is different, trust me)
-They start hunting you (I am serious) like a pack of wild dogs
2. The only safest place is start, almost everywhere is a PK area, i.e: The Beach
3. Do NOT ask people for money:
-The best way to earn money is by mining
-Getting hired by Player-owned business is rare
4. Ignore the PC Era players immature comments, they very immature just like some iEra noobs
5. AVOID the following people:
-Bass *ducklegion* (He harass players a lot)
-Benny Burrito *JEM* (He is just like Bass except sometimes he can be nice at some times but avoid him)
-Leprecon (He is a Pro)
-Rest *OtaconReturns* (Pro as well but a nice person when not PK)
6. AVOID the following groups:
-Dracono (Mostly Roque who wears a cat head and Zao)
-Zalinto (Seth is their leader and very tough group which means you have 0% chance of killing him unless you got like 10 people teamed with you)
7. Contact the following staff members for help:
-Tim_Rocks *Tim_Rocks* (Manager)
-GF Repo *Reproduced (Player Relations Admin)

I got on PC Era. Walked five steps from Start. Then,
"Hey, remember me? From iEra?" -shoots- "lol noob gtfo"
-respawns-
-closes Graal-

It's actually quite nice someone posting about PC era for a change :) people tend to forget iEra's original roots. I liked this guide if I were on Computer I'd rep ;)

I hate how pc era has a map that like shows everyone where you are.

Go inside a building

I love PC Era. It's a great server. Especialy when tyat super man cat dude calls you a lagger in the middle of a spar then I type a quick 'yeeeee braaa' and he goes and holds down the fire button of his MP5 in fronta me.

You didn't say you had to post something good about this thread.... Anyway this guide does suck

I play pc, had like hundreds of thousands of dollars as a trial before 200 hours. It's not that hard if you know how to play the market :D. Oh, and all the people you said to avoid, not really necessary. Just run and shoot back at em, you can sometimes kill them despite the skill/weapon difference. Otaconreturns is a heavy mercher (basically he does his best to rip you off), so avoid buying stuff from him. Always a good idea to check with a couple of people as to prices before a purchase. Might make a more detailed guide at som point if I'm bored

Its a legitimate tactic, when you have an ak47 and the guy chasing you has an mp5navy, souizen, or an ACR. And has played for five more years than you. And sold his soul to graal

I've played Era PC since it came out near enough - I agree with Froggy, untill you get a hang of PKing on PC and some decent weapons behind you, nothing wrong with laming if it stops you from getting picked as an easy target, eventually they'll get annoyed at you and give up if they're sick of being lamed.

Quite a lot of the current players of Era are a newer breed than what used to be there, very few very old players left.

Era Pc players are mean (well most) you ask almost anyone for help and you ignored, but the guys at the radio tower are nice, they gave me a free ak :3 the good one not trial.

I played era since 2009 before iGraal and bass is an ass.

These tips are useful BUT SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM BASS.

Oh and Rest is the biggest rip off ever as stated in this thread.

He tried to buy my SD Cannon for 20k ! WHEN THERE IS ONLY 4 ON THE SERVER

Sold for 50k instead :P

I don't play PC Era because,

1. I'm not good with keyboard controls, my hands are small.
2. Community is full of elitists.
3. If I were to get good at PC Era, I'd eventually be charging my card $100+ for a Metal Storm or something.

Im going to go on Era pc and do the opposite. Cant wait ;-)

Turns out i had a match with lepracon and almost won and he said
"good game kid" and also i was talking with rogue dracono and he lended me his mp5...do the opposite..it works!

Really, really useless guide. You couldn't even organize the wall of text you posted very well. If you want to make a PC Era guide then you should relate it to the gameplay, not teach people how to talk.

When i started playing i added iEra into my name. People will talk crap, just have them try and back it up. They failed faceing me :) And don't avoid bass or jem, they are both chill when you get to known them. Don't avoid any of the players. The more time you play and try, the better you get. I make money on there by working at ammo mart, mining, and power trading. If you need help on there just come to ammo mart or find me in start. Good Luck

I love era. :o i do....BUT! Everytime i go on Pc and go to a shop. "hey look a noob! Lets go kill his ass with ak47s, hahaha." =.= one day they will regret it! But anyways...good guide young fellow :)

Haha I understand you! I just started Pc too, just stay close to the start area! Most people are there anyway and is safe ;)

You can't spar in pc era anytime. Let me add some extra things you MUST know.

-Deposit your money through the ATM. If you die, you may lose some of your money.
-PC Era has better movement speed than iera. But it decreases when you carry more items

Unfortunately, I had a very rough start in pc era.

hmm i might make a gmap for faster speeds - would be fun to see it on ipods

You should have an option to be able to see anyone on the map regardless of friends list or not :o

Hmm I think it would lag the server. I don't mind people near you- but not all

Classic has it as an option on their map and it doesn't lag their server.

Ya its quite fine :o! :D its away to meet the woorld! On graal. Plus more ppl need graalians acc >:O! Even tho theres a lot. I wanna suggestion something to ruf

It's silly that I like pc era just because it's balanced due to the fact that you move faster.

I hate how when i say i'm from iera once someone calls you a noob on PC then everyone criticises you.
