Favourite Guilds
 

I am interested to know what has been or what is your favourite guild so far and tell me why. I would love to hear some stories.

Uchiha. Tag isn't required, we do nothing, and the name is sexy. The good part about it is talking to friends over guild chat and hanging out.

Magic. They're all very welcoming people, and there's tons of comedians!

The only mature guilds are the admin guilds tbh, and theyre not exactly easy to get into.

I feel like a soldier when im in CXE or guilds like that, nothing casual goes on in there when im around. :(

Ch4rm and there allies like Uchicha etc. The spam is legendary :P but yeah its a great, welcoming guild... :love:

I have 2 personal favorite guilds Ch4rm and Black and yellow. Even though Ch4rm does tend get really spammy and both guilds have their share of drama. Each of the guilds always treat each other like family though, and that is what I love about them. There's lots of other great guilds, just these are the two I enjoy the most.

Black and Yellow was pretty good when I was in it, but there was too much drama...
Magic has cooled down now, so I'm just sticking with that tag for now...

So judgmental, typical. Ch4rM was made almost if not two years ago and has had mainly the same members for a long time before Storm became staff. She doesn't even use her staff account as leader of the guild so technically it's not a staff guild. I also do not recall her staff account even in the guild. Advent V I bet has a similar story. Zanza I will not defend because that guild shouldn't even exist along with it's branches.

And he's saying that Ch4rM wasn't made by staff it was made by Storm way before she became or got her staff position as for the other two Advent V and Zanza I can't really say much for them seeing as how they were made by a staff when they became staff.

I like COM and D3RP. I've been hanging out with COM lately and its fun:)

Because it's impossible that Agony likes AV for any other reason besides staff members, right? I mean, what kind of person actually likes a guild for the people in it? That's crazy talk :rolleyes:

When you were leader through the way to 1k you had unfair advantages. You advertised "recruiting for advent V" on your staff account, and i saw you hosted guild games for your guild using your admin account to make the games fun. When people read stuff even like this from your guild news it makes them want to join. "Oh, I wanna be able to be dragged around by vyse and have him become my friend!"\\

And i thought it was funny when after 1k you gave the guild away and immedietly it started getting worse at towers. Even if you were retiring.

I never said you were. I was just saying that you shouldn't have used it in the sense of a staff guild that people only want to join because of that reason. Gambit summed it up nicely.

^Has nothing to do with what we're talking about. I've known Agony since 2010 back in Cruxis, but according to Qes, he only liked AV because of the staff members. That's pretty rude.

I'm not surprised AV starting doing worse at towers after it retired, that's kind of the point of retiring :dazed:

Its also typical that most of the high profile forum members are in admin guilds.

You guys do realise there's no true perk to being in an "admin" guild, right? Sure, Zanza gets their little treehouse, but who still goes there, same as for that art guild. Plus those don't give an edge over other players, and don't affect gameplay at all.

Except for the sheer fact that an admin is the leader of a guild is the reason they have an unfair advantage.

What advantage does having a staff leader have? You look cool? That's all I can think of. My favorite are Epic Kolosals and GS. Too bad GS is dead now though... And Epic Kolosals...

Cruxis have been quite cool to hang around with.. just the constant orders that bug me a little.

I think ill bring my guild back again. :)

Do the math most active tower guilds are lead by staff because people like staff more. Theyre more reliable and consistant. People join admin guilds for the hope they will become recognized by admins. And thats exactly how people become admins. Therfore everyone who wants to be an admin(alot of us) will join admin guilds.

You make it sound as if joining an admin guild is a casual thing. :P

LoL i have dozens of accounts but only my old one has past 1000 hours. I joined cxe (pyre sub) in a matter of minutes after got a cxe tag, then they dident even kick me for over a week of inactivity lol. (this was when arch was leader)

Also G-baby radomly added me to descend (sub to bon) and he dident even know me.

I joined advent V just to test how they work and they just asked me if i was loyal, i said yes, then i got a sub.

I have to agree magic is kinda iffy to get into but i hate NYN so i have no point. Its still an admin gateway if you havent noticed the admin trend

Even though perspective isnt a tower guild its also an admin account gateway. (all of triggers guilds are) and most of the people there joined because people told them, and they noticed, alot of perspective members became admins.

So yeah really anyone can get into an admin tower taking guild in a easy day. (i mean, i did and the accounts i used only had 100-200 kills or similar)

lol. wow... im not going to state my opinions here anymore because people are blinded. some members might request to join because they just enjoy it but most are more intrested with, staff, or the secret guild bases that certain guilds do have. not naming guilds though bec people will get mad.

There were only certain members that were drama, and well they arent in the guild anymore. Everyone else seems to get along except those certain people.

My first favourite guild was Hogwarts Castle, with Mattkan. We all had Harry Potter names and stuff, and got along really well. We guild sparred, and got like ten whole minutes on a tower. It was mostly social, and, aside from the names, didn't really 'RP'.

Then, after it went downhill, I joined Thugcakes, an ally of Magic and Gangster Cookies. That was cool - really social and stuff - and we took towers sometimes. Then all of Thugcakes was kicked, except the 'special' ones that moved to Magic. Gangster Cookies people were kicked too. I, of course, wasn't good enough for Magic, being eleven years old.

Then Hogwarts Castle started again, and that was my favourite guild again.

And now I have no guild except my own, where I can talk to myself and try to take towers by myself :DD

Actually check where you get your information and don't pull it out of nowhere, if you actually checked the ratio for player to staff guilds who have hit 1k its 33:9... You sir are a ways away from right. Not only that but the best tower guilds right now aren't led by staff.

Nerv, we hang out sometimes, then there are serious times when we go and take towers or PK.
RiCE KiNGS, we're mostly dead now but we're all a great bunch of people.

You wanted active guilds so I gave you a list of active guilds with 100+ hours, and the only one of those guiLds that is "noobish" is Graal. And the lt of your guilds are 4/4 not to mention you dropped in BoN and said its recently got 1k. And yes I can read, I just felt that staff guilds don't hold an advantage over players so I decided to argue.
