Suggestion: Boats
 

Era Boats

It's about time we had some quick way of getting from one island to another, and I believe that using boats would be a great way of doing this! Players could be able to buy their own boat and make their way across the water faster than they would be able to if they were to swim. Boats could even carry one or two other players like a car can. I don't see why it couldn't be added, so has anybody got any opinions on this?

No one wants to go across that dangerous bridge and get shot to death and swimming takes too long!! I agree with this idea.

i agree boats would be a nice toutch and they should have a fishing job on them and you would access them like cars!

I grabbed that boat image from Era Dev and planted my character and some water in the background :P I needed something to make the thread appealing <3

A boat with passenger shooting abilities would be pretty intense. It's not like on land where you can basically drive by Start Park and just shoot everyone up, it would be restricted to the water tiles only. Sounds pretty fun, I like this idea.

How about u get the boat from a quests? Like u go to a fisher house and ask rhe fisher for a boat, he says he got a old one but that he uses it to fish, then u tell him u could fosh for him and he gives u a rod... Then once u got enough fish for him he gives u the boat and u can make it better at him later like adding a motor or cool stickers... And u can also keep fishing and give him the fish...

I said I'd rather an Era iPhone developer try for levels because it's easier when sending everything to everybody, but I never said you can't.

If need be, I'll try my hand at coding them. I've got a good idea of how to go about it, but I haven't tried it yet.
