Banned..Emails dont help
 

I posted a thread I have no answers to admins....Anyways this post doesent help me much.snk Ignores me c:

Again...I didint hack.banned for 8.5k hours.No reason.
I dont even hack.
REAL HACK 1ST OFFENCEResults in a 24 hour JAILAnd so then 3 day ban....etc etc...

Faking in app purcaches(Sorry might be a mistake)As i know is 3 months.
YOU still didint REDUCE my time to 2 weeks.

Did i even had a hacking history?...nope


I will never stop posting these threads until this problem will be sold.

Just like I would post my complaits till I get my stuff back . . .

no one deserves to get banned for that long, but there was obviously something else behind it. him spamming the forums isn't helping either.

Sounds like you received a 1-year ban. After working for iEra for ~6 months, I can tell you that 1-year bans are not handed out lightly. Those are saved for cases when there is hard evidence that a player has been caught stealing accounts. Feel free to PM me in-game and I can check your ban history, but 1-year bans are typically handed out by higher-level staff who have experience in these cases and don't ban for that long without hard evidence. You are saying that all you did was say, "I'm going to hack." But staff members are trained to ignore such things. Most players don't even know what actual "hacking" is, and saying "I'm going to hack" is the equivalent of saying, "I'm going to send RoboCop to your house with a pizza."--definitely not happening. Although...if you figure out how to send RoboCop to my house with pizza, I will be eternally grateful.

and I did a log a few days ago and 'pc:6088464' was unbanned. So I don't know what you're referring to.

wow. Rule #1 of emailing about a ban is not to threaten one of the only people who can unban you.
Anyways this thread looks like an attempt of starting a flame war agent the staff. Alexei, the problem is 'solved', so please stop posting these threads.

@Andrew: for logs/scripts, can you please use the quote/php tags (it sorta makes it more "organized" with the tags

This is what you get for thinking the ban system isn't advanced. Logs are kept of everything.

Someone almost got my brother's UDID but he PMed the guy the wrong number. Someone asked me for my UDID but smarter than the average bear.

You've been privately messaging me regarding the issue for the past few days; unfortunately you and the numerous people who have access to the same internet connection aren't going to be un-banned because of your actions and multiple warnings as provided by Snk.

Stop breaking more rules on here too.
