Annoying custom head bug.
 

about a week ago i logged on graal after school. when i opend my stats my head was the new player head. i went to go change heads to see if it would change and when i went to put the head back on it woulnt add.

so far 2 of my other friends have had this and even worse every admin i om other then arichi has ignored me (thanks arichi).

I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this, because honestly i reaaaaly want my head back Dx

no, its still in my head pack where it alwayss it, it allows me to set it on facebook though:/

I've heard about people's custom heads disappearing without a refund a lot lately.

Someone (cannot remember) said it's a hacker who is somehow deleting players' heads, but that's probably too far fetched.

I was afraid you'd say that. I've seen lots of posts of this problem, but never any solutions. This needs to get fixed.

arichi said trigger may be able to fix it, tho i havent seen him on graal in forever.-.

My friend Angelus got his head hacked and refunded I heard he asked staff for help but they said they can't give it back and has to buy it again.Sucks to see how the staff won't do a damn thing about it.

staff you see on there PC accounts also thier iPod accounts have status's like "pm me if you have any problems" but none of em actually read them or do **** to help you at all. it's rubbish.

thats not ENTIRLY true, sseeing that some admins do help. but still some are to lazy.-.

I found out why people's heads disappear:

People using cheat engine can manually put on any players personal head, refund it, get the 10,000 gralats, and thus your head is removed from the server, which also removes it from your profile.

If you contact an uploader, i'm pretty sure they'll be able to help. However, if you can't get a hold of one just message me and i'll see what i can do.

If this happens to you, I think you're supposed to contact the staff named Julius. I heard he's the only staff atm that can refund back your hacked heads/bodies.

That dudes a moron I'd rather wear the heads that are already on the list than to get help from him.

Xavier beat me to it. But in your case you should email or message a Staff member. My friend simply sent a message to Xor and he had 20,000g added to his account to replace the head. The bug needs to be fixed as the problem is becoming ever more frequent
