I think our PRs handle banning rather well, no need for a new system.

sometimes Prs not banning hackers i saw so many hackers in era but they are not banned well u guys need a new ban system

Sabur is right Lava, i've seen many 'Hackers' around; i call someone nothing happens.

Our system bans hackers automatically, not just manual bans. So they'll get caught.
Plus, if you're going to complain about the hackers, maybe report them to us, we cant have eyes everywhere, but we'll catch them sooner or later.

it's only people's other accounts the use to hback but still thats not the point, if the server has an auto ban thing well then so be it i guess?

It's the PRs job. We do not always see the hackers and reports aren't always clearing things. We do get spammed with reports of players who "hacked" their "item shop" while it was just a simple bug. We are not online 24/7 neither are we everywhere 24/7 to check such stuff. We are already trying to do our best :)

If they add a new system, well sometimes it gets into problems, banning people on accident and people will get more annoyed, NPCSERVER sucks

99% of cases, the npc server bans legit.

I once got banned for installing era PC, ban for 30minutes they told me to reinstall, I did, and banned again i was like WTF. After upgrading my iOS device it worked fine

There's nothing wrong with the current ban system, if it's not broken, don't fix it.

I think the ban system seems fine, but there should be at least 2 PRs on at all times just in case, where you CAN pm them. I sometimes see only 1 PR on or none at all, and someone is hacking and no one can ban them.

actually i kinda dis-agree, coz i was litrelly hacked infront of me a guy called "t-Dog" movied my furni around and took my items, he had access to iEra from pc as he was useing 'Rider's' PC to play, and he hacked me :/

so i called in LordBroysen and told him who it was he got summoned and Kane got called in.. next thing i hear "his rights of moving furni" was taken off, but not banned...

and next day he came on iEra with his iphone and threatened me saying, 'when his brother o him be a admin, i am the first they will come after' :l
