Forgotten Realms

A new minecraft server featuring faction based gameplay.
PVP/Stealing/Raiding is allowed.
This is a war server.
You make a faction or join an existing one and fight for survival and power.

Once you get out of the safezone into wilderness, you are fair game for everyone so watch out.

Within a faction claimed area, chests/dispensers/doors/etc. are protected to everyone outside of your faction. More instructions on factions are located near spawn.

Also added LWC, ONLY Chests are protected everywhere, and everything is protected within claimed land.

I liked chests unprotected. It isn't very fun because it's advertised as a raiding server but everywhere you go chests are locked, blocks are protected, doors are locked, etc.

Anywhere you go that's protected by a faction you can take over if your faction is more powerful. But I see where you are coming from. Let's have a vote. Who says protections off, or maybe only protect with the faction system?

Because he every time he comes on Matt's server he is banned within 15 minutes for hacking.

Changed system so stuff is only protected when you are offline(except chests). Faction claimed areas are no longer protected, but breaking blocks/building deals damage. Any suggestions?

I did remove protections to faction areas... Except when you break a block it zaps you:D and no, chests are protected :/ (through LWC, this was due to player request)

Oh:0 Yeah my dad saw people cussing on it and shut it down... Then made me install ExplosiveSwearing. :(

Two plugins to get: mvtp (multiple worlds) and try to get the server running on sprout too (not sure if its updated). Sprout opens a whole new world of items and mods. Yu can get guns, customizable capes, minimaps, and even in-game drugs XD

I am running my server off of my computer. Having multiple worlds will lag it more. Also, I am familiar with spout* It requires a separate client. I do not wish to make a non vanilla client a requirement for my server. Also, spout adds lag as well. Thanks for the suggestions!
